I like that the receptionists were all super friendly. I never made it to breakfast but everything looked good.

The bar was very confusing and only having one person who didn't appear to know how to multi-task prevented me from ordering anything. A simple hello, I'm assisting some I'll be right with you, do you need a menu. She never acknowledged me. The menu itself could've been tweaked. Until I read this survey I didn't know there was a protocol for Covid. I was the only person wearing a mask and had my own sanitizer.

Away from airport & freeway noise. Bed and pillows soooo comfortable! Best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Comforter not too light weight so I didn’t get cold. Nice to have tea coffee and water. And a bath mat! Love the shower area. Sleek!

I arrived at midnight and had trouble finding a parking space so I circled around the hotel. There were guys just hanging around outside smoking by the cars in areas that were dark. That made me uncomfortable but I pulled up under the awning and went in to register and ask the fellow who registered me where to park. He found a good place near the back entrance.

Beautiful room, clean, nice decor, comfortable bed, great plug ins and lighting! 😊 Lovely hotel!! The shuttle to the airport was terrific. Staff was wonderful!! 👍

Noisy guests in the hallway at night, doors slam loudly with echo, the heating system rattled so it caused us to wake up. It would be nice to have a night light in the bathroom for seniors like us so we wouldn't have to leave the bathroom light on all night. 👍

Bauhaus decor for great functionality. both sides of the bed had plenty of room, no squeezing. great reception, storage, shower, comfy bed, clean, supplies stocked in shower, coffee, location and pool. attracts young crowd and businesses. only saw one kid. 24 hour shuttle, greatest staff!!,

The room halls are painted very dark grey and hard to get around. doors were unbelievably heavy, and refrigerator loosely placed under sink.

Great location, love the decor and everything seemed very clean.

I had an issue getting hot water for a shower on Sunday evening. All was good by Monday morning. I did have whining dog next door on Saturday evening and a strong smell of dog poop but it did get better. Some confusion with check in, didn’t receive breakfast vouchers and not sure but looked like I was supposed to have a parking permit and never received that as well.

Rooms are minimalistic, but roomy and comfortable.We’ve stayed at Aloft Hotels before, and always enjoy our stays there. Staff are friendly, and they have a fair workout room.

Nothing negative to post about.

I enjoyed how hospitable the staff were and how kind they were to answer any questions. we loved having a pool table and the other games in the lobby.

The room set up made it hard to use the washroom and not wake/disturb the person sleeping.

I loved the room and how beautiful it was … I also liked the gym there.

the fridge was very tiny and the gym didn’t have anything to clean the machines off with.

Clean rooms and lovely staff. The shuttle could take you anywhere within a five mile radius, not just the airport. The layout of the rooms are unique. Lots to do in the lobby. They have a dog adoption program too.

The free breakfast is limited. You get a voucher for $10 a day. That gets you a hot option( only 2) and a cup of specialty coffee. The other option is cereal or oatmeal. Being gluten free, I had only one option for breakfast. Hopefully with Covid being behind us mostly, they will expand their options .

The showers should have better shower heads or shower pressure. Also there should be racks or shelves in the shower to put your personal belongings that you shower with. I had to put my personal items on the floor. And the refrigerator did not wrk
