Hampton Inn & Suites Forest City

Manager Tim was the absolute best person at any hotels I travel to and I travel a lot!!!! I cannot tell you what a gem you have in his professionalism, his making sure you have the best of the best!!!! Jenny at front desk ( I don’t think it’s Penny) was awesome also helping me get the exact room needed for my disability needs that booking did not offer. She was awesome also!!!! Both of these ppl are truly Godsent for senior travelers like myself. Without their attention to details I would have been miserable!!!!

One trash can in the whole room, none in the large bathroom. Definitely need more especially one in bathrooms. Towels were very rough…. I was a bit surprised how rough, but nice size. Maid knocked on door 30” before I was to check out as a reminder but was gone when I answered the door, no where in site. I felt this a little rude as it was like, okay I need to get in there soon. I don’t think ppl need that HINT.

thin walls, noisy neighbors upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture at 1am lousy pillows-I had to buy my own after the 1st night cabinet door housing refrigerator loud when closed comforter heavy & texture irritating need overhead overall lighting instead of focused areas-entry, bedside, desk desk lap poor adjustability

Wonderful stat...Tim at the front desk was great and the breakfast in Sunday morning was wonderful...will definitely recommend and return

I honestly cannot think of much...one small petty thing was that there were no instant grits...but the breakfast was winderful... I just have picky grands

A surprisingly good hotel for a down-trodden and poor income area. I was worried about staying there for a work trip but this hotel made it tolerable. Afternoon/nighttime staff were friendly and very helpful.

Bit of a strange smell, it wasn't cigarettes but def had some "heavy air," maybe a water/mold/cleaning supplies issue? That's really the only mild complaint besides the sketchy area this place is located.

Breakfast was good. Would have been nice to have soft drinks available. Room was quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Shower had a bit of pink mold. No sodas available at breakfast. Would have liked firmer and more pillows.

This hotel was truly amazing. The desk clerks were so friendly and welcoming, the hotel was spotless, the room was lovely. I cant say enough nice things about this property. I travel a great deal and this one was impressive!

Staff was great. Very understanding. My method of payment changed last minute and the person at the desk was more than helpful. Morning staff was on top of everything. It was busy due to the spartan racers.

Pillows are awful, pull out bed for the kids was not comfortable at all. However the staff did bring a roll a way cot which helped. Some hairs found in the carpet and bathroom floor.

Exceptionally clean and excellent manager

The 2 issues we had were that the room type (2 queen) was given away(front desk employee error) and we were instead given a king with a roll away bed. Secondly the room rate was higher than booked because of the room mix up. Although not ideal, we made it work and the manager was very apologetic and made sure to correct the rate issue. Things happen but the manager handled it well and we would definitely stay again.

The room was big, everything was spotless Lee clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. My daughter and I had breakfast that morning and she left her wallet in the dining area. When she discovered it was lost we checked with The facility and someone had turned in her wallet to the front desk. We were very thankful for that.

There was nothing to dislike about the stay.

We stayed in Forest City Arkansas there front desk was great. Even when we had a wrong reservation setup in another Forest City difference state thru Booking .com . They got us set up with a great room late and a good night sleep.
