Hampton Inn Marion

We only stayed for one night, but we wished we had booked here instead of the four night previous stay before arriving. This was an excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly, especially Kaitlyn upon check-in. It was so nice to get a text from her checking in on how we were doing shortly after arriving. Breakfast was delicious! It is a pet-friendly hotel, but you wouldn't know that without seeing the pets being walked outside. There's no bad smell like I've experienced in past pet-friendly businesses and it's a very clean hotel and grounds. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the Asheville area.

There's really not anything bad to say about our stay other than it seemed like the hallways were really stuffy and hot. But the room's a/c more than made up for it.

location, pool, hot tub, breakfast, the availability to get snacks and coffee/hot water anytime after breakfast was over cookies out for you to enjoy in the evenings

the price was a bit steeper than usual for a typical two Queen bed room. $160. a night I think they should move the charging station for electric cars to the side of the hotel instead of under the car port drop off area right in front of the lobby

We stayed at three separate hotels during our four day trip, and this was by far the best. We didn’t check in until at least midnight, and the receptionist was very nice and accommodating. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks on the first floor and an elevator to use to get up to their other floors. The room we stayed in was beautifully modeled and as soon as you opened the door, you can tell it had been cleaned from top to bottom. They have stickers on their doors that are broken once the room is opened for your stay, ensuring that the room had been cleaned up to their safety and cleaning standards. It was easy to get more towels that were needed. The room was spacious, and the pull out couch was pre-made for us when we pulled it out. The tv was a large flatscreen, the ac unit worked great and was controlled on the wall, which was easy to use. Definitely an awesome stay! Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in North Carolina 😀

this Hampton had just upgraded the whole interior, so it felt like a brand, new hotel. Even the pool and spa had been resurfaced! The dining area was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is always good.

We have no complaints. Would have liked it a little cheaper, but cost will not prohibit us from returning.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

They need to check in between dressers for clothing items. I was looking for something that had fallen and found a t-shirt that belonged to a previous guest. I see how they missed it, it was a very dark space.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice clean and comfy room. Had a small fridge and microwave which is a must have.

The TV channels were limited. Wasn’t like normal cable or satellite channel line up. But really not that bigga deal.

Relatively good breakfast, we got a nicely modernized room, fruits and cookies available in the afternoon, filter coffee always available, inside pool and whirlpool

The sink in our room was blocked and wasn’t repaired during our two nights stay

Great location right off the interstate, close to restaurants and downtown Marion. Facility was very clean, had a fantastic breakfast and was very clean. Our room was spotless! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Felt like sleeping on a hard surface.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The best staffing of any hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Great experience from when I walked in until I checked out.

I love the fact that the beds are always comfortable at Hampton Inn, or at least the ones I've stayed at. I have back problems and a comfortable bed is super important!

The lady who checked me in was not rude, but far from friendly. She didn't even say "hello".
