Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Monroe

I loved my stay at this hotel. The bed was even more comfortable than the one in my house lol. Other than that the Fairfield hotel was an amazing experience.

If I was to give 1 comment about my stay its this, there is a Best Western down the road. It isn't as nice or as modern as the Fairfield but they do give you a full breakfast (bacon, eggs, ect..). I feel that the Fairfield is capable of the same thing (especially for the price you pay) because bagels and muffins isn't gonna cut it.

Surprisingly, he microwaveable BEC or SEC sandwiches were tasty, the Instant Oakmeal was fine...fresh whole fruit, and bagels...perfectly acceptable and convenient. But the real story is your staff! Everyone we met was engaging, interested in our comfort and satisfaction, courteous and really fun. Of course, it's mutual - we treat everyone respectfully, and your folks responded in kind. It was a perfect stay! We will be back annually.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast Coffee was good. The room was clean with the usual amenities.

Bed was a bit too soft. Hot breakfast options were limited to spinach quiche or turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit. I didn't try the quiche.

The beds where comfortable. Love the tv's and its nice on the inside.

The bathroom was clean to the eye but it smell like the toilet had a little smell to it. I put on some gloves and clean it up i bought my on clorox clean up and someone was smoking in the hotel it was so strong i let the staff know she told me someone else had let them know and they didn't enforce the mask code i probably seen like a couple of guests without them but it state on the website about there mask code and about how clean they are with the Covid-19. For it to be open only a month it needs a little adjustments. Also it didn't have shampoo and conditioner in the room like most hotels. I don't know what happened they drop the ball a little.

We booked a Queen Suite and it was lovely. There ended up being six of us that stayed in the room and the rooms layout was so nice that we didn’t feel on top of one another. Lisa who checked us in was amazing and made sure we had what we needed. Brooke who was our floor housekeeper checked on us regularly too. The BEST stay I’ve ever had!

Loved the shower. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Check in was excellent and the person that checked us in was so nice and accommodating. Thank you for great service. We look forward to coming back.

Location is fantastic for us.

We think for the price we paid, rooms smaller by comparison to others for less, also, breakfast skimpy by comparison to others.

I liked that it was New

The bed wasn't comfortable and the shower door wouldn't stay closed while taking a shower.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and funny. I loved everything about this hotel. The room had NOT one but TWO flat screen tv’s. The bathroom was perfect because the shower was huge . I will stay here EVERYTIME I visit. It was definitely worth the price and more.

Could of had cereal and container of milk. Better then just a protein bar. I know because of pandemic they can’t have the buffet but something more breakfast The TV room needs to be programmed to tell you what your watching. Maybe it was just TV in my room but it would just say no show information Needs to be programmed so you can just look at menu to see what’s on
