Everything was very clean and fresh. The staff I encountered were very professional and courteous. Location to family I was visiting was perfect!

The bed. I was surprised at how hard the mattress felt. Also very noisy hallways, especially when people allow the doors to slam shut. What happened to closing doors gently? And walking in hallways without yelling at each other or up and down the hall? After a nearly 7 hour drive after working all day I got no sleep.

The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of linens and everything we would need in the room. Very spacious lovely room. The patio wash absolute favorite place to be. Especially at night. The water fountain is lit up at night and there is a beautiful gas glass fire pit. All members of staff were just a delight to chat with. The breakfast options were diverse and amazing.

Nothing at all.

I like the area of the hotel near a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was also very friendly.

I didn’t like how little parking there was. would come back at night and have to park on the street. Aldo did not like that housekeeping did not bring fresh towels and wash clothes everyday or dump the trash. i understand with covid they may not make up the beds and clean but reviewing fresh wash clothes towel and dumping trash should be something they still do.

Everyone and everything was so very nice and fit our needs. The staff was very friendly and kept checking on us and making sure the stay was great and if we needed anything. We are going to use this facility every time we come to Charlotte for church.

The water pressure in the shower stall was low was the only thing that I can think of could be better. A balcony would be nice as well but not necessary. The indoor pool was out of commission when we were there for some reason. We loved our stay and will return every time we come to Charlotte for church thanks so very much

This hotel I think is only a few years old at most. Super clean. Grounds are clean. Great location, directly off the interstate and right across from a really nice shopping center that includes a Target, grocery store, good restaurants etc. Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Awesome greenway 5 mins away for walking/running.

The parking lot is absolutely HORRIBLE, the spaces are very tight, worst I've ever encountered. Just be aware. They barely fit a standard car much less anything bigger. Even my own car I parked in corner spots to make sure I'd be able to get in and out of it.

The property was in a good place off the interstate. It was clean, nice, big, and comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful, and hard working. The breakfast was hot and pretty good. I’m glad hot breakfasts are back! The facility and grounds were very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

I loved seeing all of the dogs around the property. I however, didn’t like being woken up by my neighbor dog, in the middle of the night. My first few nights were fine, then the dog got loud. Also, I wish they cleaned more often. Twice a week is not enough when staying 10 days and the trash builds up. For a suite style place with kitchens, bigger trash cans are needed, and cleaning more often. Other than that it was fine.

I loved that everything was clean and close to restaurants. Even though they had where your pets can stay everything still smelled clean and you wouldn't know that animals were allowed. The indoor pool was great too. Also the shampoo and shower gel smells amazing. I gotta find that.

Pillows was a little too soft for my liking but bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was clean, and comfortable. Loved the way the entrance was done with a few covered parking. Really makes a difference in a rain event.

Ran into one issue with the AC unit during our stay. Fortunately it was a night , but the hotel front desk and manager on call quickly took care of the issue.

We looooove this place! This was our 4th time here and was even more awesome this time. The breakfast bar was open and had great options. Staff (Kate, Christian, Z, Coco) were AMAZING, and so polite/accommodating!! We chose the King room with sofa and roll in shower, and we will get that from now on because there was more room for kids to play. Pool was great. We used the grill outside again this time, and was a pleasure to have a family cookout during our stay. Cannot say enough about how pleased we are with everything!

Room was a little pricier than normal. Hot plate pan was scratched all up, needed replacing.

Very clean property, comfortable beds, nice pool. Check in went smooth and quick. My room was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and a lot of options to choose from. Definitely will be booking again soon. They also have grills and outside lounge areas. Nice kitchen area also.
