Regarding airport shuttle service reservation, It started a little on the downside. I was told there's "no seat available " which wasn't the case when I contacted the hotel to confirm. Then my key didn't work & I was asked to come to service desk and get another. I had surgery and still recovering with a neck brace on & slow, painful movement. This was obvious at check in. I became frustrated at this point & insisted someone bring the key to me. I expressed my disappointment regarding shuttle and asked if the CSR noticed I was physically limited. In the end, I was booked for requested shuttle time and given an apology. So all ended well! I mention this to raise awareness about customer service and individuals that have limited physical movement issues.

I didn’t like how the body wash and other bottles in the bathroom were empty, it’s like they didn’t even check them.

There was a partially eaten granola bar, open pack of Nutella and trash in the desk cubby. Please make sure that area is also check during cleaning

My access card would immediately stop working after leaving my room, I had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes before someone showed up to help me get back in my room. This happened damn near 3 times!!
