Hyatt Place Raleigh Durham Airport

Absolutely everything. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and roomy. The divider between the beds and sofa. The sofa was a wrap around that let out into a bed. Cordless phones, real ice buckets, real glasses and coffee cups. Nice restaurant and bar 24/7. Great food and snacks and the breakfast was great with real plates and silverware. That was very nice. Also very quite. We couldn’t even hear the planes flying over and we were on the 4th floor. Oh and did I mention how clean it was and how AWESOME the staff was? 🤣 Super property!

I can’t think of one single thing I didn’t like about this property. I even enjoyed the planes ✈️ flying over. 🤣

The beds were comfy, and the room was spacious. There was no microwave in the room, but there was in the breakfast area that was open all the time if you needed one. Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, and other continental type things. Fresh fruit, cut, and whole. I enjoyed it.

I wish there were more electric outlets at the beside. I had to unplug the cordless phone and alarm clock to be able to plug our electronics in. There were outlets at the desk but I like my watch and phone at the bed because I use alarms on them. Really though, it was manageable and could be remedied with a power strip.

We were picked up by a hotel shuttle and the driver was friendly and helpful with places to eat. Right across the street in a culdesac street. We were greeted by the receptionist immediately and I noticed a bar to the side, small intimate in the lobby- serving basic drinks. The bartender helped us find the best place to eat and we went on her instruction to the chop bar and grille, It was scrumptious. I had the crab cake and fish and chips which were out of this world! Our room was huge, with a sitting area, couch and chair, refrigerator and behind a wall divider, 2 absolutely comfortable beds with really nice linens- The room was quiet and darkened- I slept like a baby. Breakfast was both hot and cold options, multiple drink options and really good coffee with a variety of tea options. check out was smooth and reception called us an uber to transport us to the train station. That was an interestingly good ride!

Not one thing- the bar perhaps could stock more mixes for drinks.

The person who checked me in was busy with customers and apologized a few times because I had to wait. It was no problem at all and she was incredibly sweet. She was trying to give me a room that the airplane noise flying overhead wouldn't bother me. I told her that if I cared about that, I wouldn't book a hotel next to an airport. I just wanted a shower and a bed. The room was very niceand so clean and huge. I like my space, even if it's just me alone. The breakfast was really good as well. Different from your typical American food. They had tortillas and a Mexican/southwest style items along with other food stuff. Again, very clean. This place is now saved as a favorite in the app.

The location was really confusing to get to due to construction work. Not the hotel's fault obviously. My GPS was like, "nope". I got a bit lost and it was pitch dark because there where no street lights or anything. It just took me a bit to locate but I will definitely stay there again! When I left the next morning, it was much easier to navigate my way back to the interstate. This will now be saved as a favorite on my app.

The staff was wonderful the bartender on Saturday night I think his name is Baron he was excellent made us feel right at home the person at the front desk when we check in Thursday afternoon didn’t get his name also a wonderful person.All the staff we encountered was and I would stay there whenever I come back that way..

It was nothing not to dislike about the property.

The property was well maintained. it was close to the highway (easy to navigate to), near the airport and had a shuttle for those coming from or going to the airport. The rooms were nice and had a division between bed & sitting area with a shared TV; there was also a desk & fridge.

No on-site restaurant. There was a little bar by the front desk where you could grab a cocktail.

The hotel staff did detective work to find her and notify her and she returned to hotel to find all items and money were there!!

No eating nor shopping places in walking distance

I love the cleanliness, the free shuttle to the airport and the breakfast. All of the staff were very nice. Especially Renee, she is an amazing & kind person. She went above and beyond to assist with our needs. Renee deserves a promotion.

I didn’t like the location because it’s surrounded by highways and nothing, such as food is within walking distance. Only a very expensive steakhouse across the street.

We were there just a few hours to rest before a 6 AM flight. We appreciated that the room and property were clean and comfortable. when you need to be near the airport this is perfect.

There was a noise under the sink that happened sometimes every few minutes and it sounded as if someone was knocking at the door. Needles to say, someone would open and no one was there. At the beginning it was kind of scary, until we realized it was the sink. We could also hear the ice maker, when it dropped ice. This room was located on the first floor right in front of where ice maker is at. I imagine non of these two things happen in other rooms. Suggestion for management, have plumber fix the pipes under sink that’s next to door.

It would be lovely if there a few more options for folks who don't eat meat or dairy. Perhaps some soy yoghurt and soy milk for coffee? The room was very clean and comfortable. Someone to help me with heavy luggage in and out of room would have been nice but maybe that is not part of your service. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would like to thank Suresh for his suggestions and help with my food order. And a very special thank you to Miya. She was especially kind in helping me where airport transport was concerned. I have walking issues and she was very generous with her time. You are quite fortunate to have them both in your employ! Overall it was great and I will be back!
