The room was comfortable and had a nice TV and amenities for my short stay.

I did find two old hamburgers in the microwave that were not removed before my stay. I didn't need to use the microwave but just noticed them in there so I threw them away. I thought the breakfast selection was limited but okay. I was going to use the microwave to cook hot oatmeal but was concerned that the only bowls available were styrofoam and wasn't sure how they would be affected by the microwave so I choose other food instead.

It was convenient for where we were vacationing (Geneva-on the Lake), clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good, plenty of everything. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Very kind. We left a beloved stuffed toy in our bedding and somehow I didn’t check as I normally do. I called the desk after we got home and the staff member who answered ran up to the room right away and checked to see if it was still there. She found the toy, called me back within ten minutes, and promised to mail it to me. We live more than 2 and a half hours away and can’t afford to travel much; this saved my son from some heartache and trauma, and I am extremely grateful. She was so kind and had a great sense of humor. We would definitely stay here again. As a bonus, my boys loved the fish in the lobby! They also appeared well-cared for and were beautiful.

Staff were nice. There was a slight odor in the hallway but not in our room. Breakfast choices was minimal and not healthy. All in all the stay was nice for our overnight stop.

I would have wanted more breakfast choices like yogurt, fresh fruit etc.. There was a slight smell in the hallway but not repulsive.

Clean , short walk through the door

Breakfast was really far away from the handy cap room and I have trouble walking long distances w my heart , and the bathroom was handy cap and had railings but wasn't a walk in shower so it made it very hard for me to take a shower as I loose balance easily

The hotel was right off 90 and easy to access. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Door was sticking and housekeeping thought door was bolted, so room wasn't cleaned the first day of stay.

The room was clean. The location was perfect for visiting our daughter. The bed was very comfortable. The television channel selection was very good. I watched all my favorites. Desk clerk was very friendly.

We were originally booked in a walk up. The desk clerk noticed a bunch of first floor rooms that hadn't been booked so she graciously booked us in one of those. It turned out that the wing of the hotel that we were booked in was under renovation. Luckily we weren't bothered by the construction or painting. We traveled during the COVID 19 pandemic in August. The desk clerk did not wear her mask properly. We did not take the breakfast, because of the pandemic. We thought it should have been cancelled since it was close quarters and we could not. We felt that there was not good communication between the management with the desk clerks. Otherwise we would not have been booked into the renovation zone.

Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay very nuchf

I ordered and payed for a jacuzzi room and didn't get it and was then told it was I couldn't get it cuz there was a difference in price

The rooms were great and peaceful and comfortable with plenty of space .liked the microwave and coffee in your room, I had 3 rooms and all rooms was great with plenty of space and the rooms were very clean.

Loved the staff and the owner. Had washer and dryer on site so was able to do clothes for my Mom in the nursing home. The breakfast area was unexpected surprise was not aware it was there needs to be listed in booking.com. Loved there was coffee there at all time and that they had French vanilla creamer I often buy my creamer to bring with me cause many places don't have it

Low water presser and it would go back and forth hot to cold

breakfast was good, staff was awesome room was clean,area was convenient.

bed was alittle too hard, and pillows were too small.
