kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. They also enjoyed making their own waffles for breakfast. This is a fairly close place to stay for the area we like to visit and explore. Couple different dinner options close by as well.

Last time we were there the spa was out of service. KInda bit of bummer but not really a big deal. That's not the reason we stayed there to begin with. I don't really have much bad to say about the place.

The hotel provided excellent value and far exceeded our expectations in all categories for the $80-$90 dollar per night range compared to other hotel/motels we stayed in previously.

Sheer drapes - black out curtains would be the only improvement I could recommend (but it didn't impact us as we were leaving very early in the morning.

Everything, they never disappoint us! We have been coming here for many years. With no plains in stopping. This was a trip for our Granddaughter Birthday. So she could go swimming ! The only thing that disappointed her was going home! Thank all!

This was our fourth stay in the past few weeks, and every time, our stay has been wonderful! The lobby has an exceptional cleanliness when entering, and overall, the hotel is really neat and tidy! Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Returning for a 3 night stay in October...will recommend to area friends!

The price of the room has been different with each stay..As much as $20 difference....all the same room. Would be nice if rooms were an unchanging flat rate.

Everything was excellent it was quite. personal was awesome with us.

My room had humidity smell the manager was willing to move us but I had a view to my work truck 25 Gooseneck we said no is ok it was not that bad but they did went into the room to makesure if it was anything else they will fix it I think was the shower that when u get out splashes water outside.

The breakfast was good and the location was perfect, Is very close to the highway to reach our destinations.

Our return for our 2nd night stay, the was not serviced.Beds were not made with fresh linens and towels were not replaced. Had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels for showers.

Breakfast and pool were great! Staff were exceptionally pleasant and shared similar cultural norms as us, which goes a long way in the service industry. We felt very much at home and were able to unwind on our 1000 mile journey.

The lady at the front desk was super awesome. Wish I could remember her name. She is awesome, friendly and very professional and efficient. It is always great reception when I arrive.

Temperature control in the rooms was hard. The control on the wall unit in 107 was also out of whack and hard to work. Wondering why the wall thermostat doesn't work, Temps are easier with wall thermostats.

Michael was very kind and courteous! He was responsive and made sure we were called for.

Updates needed! The Executive Suite is a great room, but the coverings on the chairs and ottomans is well worn and even has a couple rips. The sheets were great, but the bed coverings need updated. The toilet/shower room is extremely small. It needs enlarged and updated. It’s time for a major update in that suite.

Room was very clean, bed was super comfy! (I slept like a rock!) The daytime staff member was very friendly and even gave us recommendations for nearby attractions and shopping. (We took his suggestions and were very pleased!)

I wished the bathroom had an exhaust fan for the steam, but other than that, it was very clean and had lots of water pressure in the shower!
