The location, beds, decor in lobby, patio, patio view, and breakfast!

Our shower had not been cleaned, it literally had mud in it when the shower curtain was moved before a shower. Ugh! The portable crib was not in the room as it was supposed to be. The wall mounted toiletries had one empty and it stayed empty. Our room was not cleaned, trash was not emptied, and towels not replaced between nights (we had to get towels ourself upon arrival and again the next day after realizing our room was not touched).

We spent this weekend up here for Deerassic and we loved it! We usually stay at the Salt Fork Lodge but recently moved to this location due to the lodge being incredibly dirty snd two years in a row had police called. Staff had friendly guests and staff. Extremely clean and well maintained. They didn’t mind us being up until 4am sitting around the fire pit having a good time as long as we weren’t disrupting other guests. Our group members enjoyed their complimentary breakfast.

This is a new hotel. Everything is clean and fresh. The decor is beautiful. I love that they put just a shower in the bathroom instead of a nasty tub. The shower gel and shampoo were really nice. They have a fireplace outside that they had burning during the breakfast service. You could sit out there with your coffee and breakfast. The hotel is visible from the highway exit, but we could not hear any road noise in our room. The rooms are energy efficient in that the AC lowers itself when you leave the room and when you scan back in with the key card, it comes back up.

My only tip is to put recycling bins in the breakfast room to collect the plastic waste.

The facility is perfectly located. What I love is the bedding! The fire pit and back drop of the hill out back. Gym. Breakfast with lots of options. Night shift employee Chase is friendly and courteous.

Sanitary wipes or spray needed in gym. Air in room was stuffy and smelled a little like stinky feet until the air was turned on and began to flow. Morning staff.. if I’m coming to the desk to turn in my key .. be friendly, ask about my stay, let me know you would like me to come back. A few kind words go a long way!

Staff was friendly, the morning breakfast employee was working hard, he stayed busy and kept the place cleaned. The overnight employee was friendly and also helpful. I would like to stay here in summer time just for the patio out back. It had a fire place and a BBQ grill plenty of room.

I think the 1 thing I may had a problem with would be the trash could had been kept up with a bit better.

We loved everything, however the peace and quiet and being able to enjoy the outside sitting on the patio with the gas grill and firepit after a day visiting local wineries was the best! Great Hotel!

Minor complaint would be the tea tree shampoo they provide is pretty wicked stuff. It's not for everyone, burnt my eyes and scalp tingled. I just used shampoo we brought with us.

It was quiet and clean. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They ran out of bananas and we did not notice, yet when they restocked, they asked us if we wanted some. My wife loves bananas and she was thrilled!

I wished there was a bell at the front desk, so I could ring the reception when he or she is in the back room.

Location which was just next to I 70. Easy to find. Also has outdoor seating area. Sara was quite helpful and informative except she was addressing us regarding 4th floor, we thought our room was on top floor which we requested it, however, our room was on 3rd floor. “Best breakfast” with strawberry infused water, freshly cut watermelon and cantaloupe.

Very noisy AC unit. Even I put on auto mode the fan kept running continuously which kept me awake whole night. Pillows were so soft all of them. It would be nice to have mix of soft and slightly firm pillows.

The staff was amazingly nice, and helpful, the breakfast is very good, and the lady who runs it takes pride in her work. She made sure everything was full and clean. The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. The setting in the back of the hotel is stunning! Very pleasant and relaxing trip.

Not that I didn't like it, but maybe have a bigger coffee bar?

Everything! It was very clean, great location, great breakfast (even the scrambled eggs were made from cage free eggs/hens, the sugar was organic sugar, plenty of choices, etc), it had a pet area (we have dogs), the employees were courteous , professional, and helpful, the room was very comfortable, plenty of parking, and so on…! We really enjoyed our stay!
