Comfort Inn

The work desk area was awesome, there was an in-room coffee maker, five pillows on the king bed, and the breakfast bar had your choice of eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagel/danish/toast, and a waffle maker. Fairly standard breakfast fare, but it's so much better than the grab-n-go breakfast bags that hotels handed out for a while during the COVID thing.

The passcode for the wifi that was on out room key holder did not work; we kept getting an "invalid passcode" message. Then again, it was late when we arrived, and we were really tired after 14 hours on the road, so we weren't going to ask the front desk clerk for help. It would have been nicer if the in-room coffee maker was one that had a 4-cup carafe instead of a single cup at a time thing.

Front desk staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and quiet with plenty of light.

The only problem we encountered this trip was the cleaning staff ignored the 2 nd floor. Covid changes are that we leave the towels outside the door and the staff gets our note of replenishments and delivers them while removing old ones. This was not done by the time we returned that evening. The front desk staff took care of it immediatly and was very appologetic. No other problems.

The only reason I booked with you guys was for the hot tub in my king room. Which didn’t work. We had the front desk lady come to check it out. She had no clue. So she gave me $40 back. I wouldn’t of booked with you guys for this trip since I had already found a place we were gonna stay at but the hot tub sold me. Couldn’t even use it.

My husband and I just wanted a little get away and this place was perfect! We truly enjoyed the hot tub and watching tv. It was quiet and enjoyable.

The breakfast could’ve been a little bit better. But it was pleasant.

I found the bed to be very comfortable. Also as an older client I found the grab bars and the anti-slip mat in the show to be very useful. I think all hotels should have the grab bars. That alone will cause me to stop there when I am traveling through Cambridge.

Lots of big semi trailers in the parking lot taking up a lot of spots.

the bed was great. I really liked having the grab bar in the shower and the non-skid mat in the shower was nice. I used the treadmill and it was good. Lost my ring and clerk helped me find it in parking lot.

I rented the room for my mother for her birthday as a little getaway peaceful night by herself (she just turned 59) The bathtub is not elderly friendly. There wasn't a handle for her to get ahold of to help her stand up and get out of the tub. Other than that she loved it.

We had a great interaction w staff. Our check-in was contactless which is comforting during covid. We wanted a relaxing getaway, our king rm w/ hot tub was just that, quiet and relaxing. The hotel was clean and very accommodating. We will be back.

Liked the location; very convenient!

The breakfast was fine, but the space in which to eat is very limited making it difficult for all of the guests to sit at times.
