Best Western Canal Winchester Inn-Columbus South East

The staff was very, very friendly both on check in and check out. The breakfast was great. In the morning my spouse commented on how it was the best night sleep in a long time. I agreed. We even thought about calling and asking what pillows and mattress they have! The grounds are clean. The pool is nice. Easy walking access to anything and everything you need!

The shower head doesn't provide the best pressure and the shower control to get hot is a little confusing.

Breakfast is always a plus but that eating area should stay available through out the day😊

I found a vibrator behind my night stand very dusty and the bottom of the bathtub had a chip in the bottom and well it was uncomfortable to sit on in the bathtub overall though it was perfect and very comfortable maybe just a bit more cleaning and handyman services could be fixed up . I’m just a perfectionist though. It was a wonderful relaxing time ty for the hospitality.

Staff is always friendly. Breakfast is good. Room is clean.

Tv remote was difficult at best to use. Had requested a first floor room. Said they could not accommodate as they were fully booked even though the parking lot was never more than half full. Hard on my knees & back.

I was a little concerned when I decided to stay there after I read some of the comments. However as soon as I walked in the lady at the desk knew my name and was incredibly pleasant and polite and very nice. I stayed there by myself and felt completely safe. It was not noisy I was able to get a good night's rest. I did not eat breakfast however what I saw looked really good. I was greeted at the front desk when I checked out and the two ladies were incredibly kind. It may be dated however it was clean, bright, fresh smelling and my room was lovely.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Friendly staff. Easy to find and ample parking. The spa tub was lovely.

The king bed had 4 tiny uncomfortable pillows on it making sleeping a bit rough. The TV remote also was hard to control the TV with, but sure if it was the remote itself or just the connection with TV. We managed though for the night.

The noise coming from foot traffic in the hallway and stairs near room 101 is pretty bad. Very noisy until about 10pm and noise picks up around breakfast at 6:30am.

Most of staff very attentive, only one that ignored my concern. Breakfast was fine. Very clean, housekeeping was great.

I had a concern that was ignored by one clerk but others were on it.

It was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

I wasn't aware if the deposit for the spa. It was refunded after my stay. Unfortunately, they do not honor military. Not a total deal breaker but I like to stay where military is honored. The pool was closed... But, for good reason.

The Whirlpool tub didn't work, the water worked but the jets wouldn't turn on.

We had a great time. The jacuzzi was amazing and felt amazing. The bed was so soft. And when I accidentally spilled sweet and sour sauce on the sheets the staff was very understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all. The pool was pretty cool. And everywhere we went was clean and well kept.

I paid $414 for 2 night which sucked. But I had fun spending the weekend away with my husband.
