Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus East

My Iron didn't work in my room. Although the staff was very nice and helpful. I still had to come to the front desk to pickup the new iron. When I got to the desk threre were three people working. I felt that one of them should have brought it to my room

Staff was VERY friendly and personable. I love great customer service so regardless of the poor parts of the experience, the people make it better. Everything was clean overall but I still wiped everything down and sprayed my own (been doing this before covid)

The barking dog! It was like I was home with all the barking animals in my neighborhood. Maddening! Please put those animals on one side of the hotel in one area. I also req a room with tub... never received a response. 🙄 Lamp shades were super dusty Elevator is loud.

The beds were comfortable!

The room Where they serve breakfast was dated and the covering on the benches was worn and discolored. The tile floor in the area by the bathroom and in the bathroom was slippery.

The breakfast was find and the location was perfect. The staff was very nice to my family. Especially, I believe her name was Sommer. She did everthing to accommodate me and my large family who was in town for my brothers funeral. And when he got married 3 years ago we all stayed at that hotel as well so we knew the hotel. But we all were treated well. If there were any problems I did not know about them.

Nothing that I could think of. Maybe more parking...

I have stayed at this location several times. Each time the employees are very friendly professional, especially the two ladies who were at the desk early Sunday morning around 2:00. - 3:00 am , I believe their names are Lisa and Tasha. When the staff is friendly that means I will be returning to that location. The decor has change since my lady stay, I like that.

The staff was nice and I don't want anybody to enter my room so anything that I need it the front desk to housekeeping was excellent

I didn't like as much as you have to pay for the room there was no complimentary breakfast in the morning in the selection that they did have was not enough I do not like to spills and stains in the elevator elevator should be kept clean more than anything because everybody has to use it to get back and forth to their rooms other than that

Booking.com not letting me know my request to cancel was actually granted however on the app it never showed it was cancelled still said confirmed and when I talked to customer service they said I couldn’t cancel and also said they would contact the manager but never let me know. So with thinking my room Was going to still get charged we came and come to find out we weren’t going to get charged! Our trip was originally planned for a football tournament that was then canceled due to covid.

I enjoyed the breakfast. There were eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, bagels, cereal and fresh fruit.

I enjoyed all parts of my stay.

Hotel staff were friendly, nice location and rooms were clean. Also nice area for walking. I will stay here again when visiting family.

Toilets need to be updated. Way too low. That's why I gave a rating of 9

Just stayed for one night. Pool was okay. Easy to get to the hotel and free parking. A 20min drive into Columbus. Breakfast ok, nothing to write home about, but not too bad.
