SpringHill Suites Columbus Airport Gahanna

I was greeted right when I walked through the door by one of the most friendly staff members that has ever been behind a check-in desk. Due to an error by Booking.com when they forwarded my reservation to the hotel, my reservation was not showing in their system. Thankfully I had a printed copy of my confirmation email and the staff member reassured me that she would guarantee my family would taken care of. She worked diligently to locate the error as I called the number for Booking.com. Before I could even get someone on the phone she had found the mistake and had my room keys prepared. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The overnight stay was one of the best we've experienced. The friendly and courteous staff of the morning were just as great as the evening staff. If I ever need to stay overnight in that part of Columbus, Ohio again I know where I will be staying.

I would really have to search hard to find anything negative to say about SpringHill Suites by Marriott so I won't. It was so close to where we wanted to be and was the perfect choice for value and comfort.

Night shift. 1am sweetest nicest people. Most amazing breakfast setup I've seen. Waffle bar looks like an ice cream topping center. Bedroom nice little wet bar/ desk area nice pull out couch. The bed was soooo comfy!! I literally changed plans and I'm stay here again in 2 days . Fantastically amazing is my rating :)

The room was spacious enough for my family. I liked the two televisions. Amenities were good as well. Overall, it is a nice visit.

The prices for refreshments. A 20 ounce bottle of water should not EVER cost four dollars…anywhere. A 16 ounce bag of Doritos should NEVER cost four dollars, anywhere. These are amusement park-type prices. It’s insulting.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable

The elevator, the brakes screeched as soon as it approached the first floor. Staff didn’t keep up on the coffee in the lobby. It was either ice cold or empty.

housekeeping. they did not clean our room or bring any new bathroom supplies. we staid for 2 nights only so it was manageable but housekeeping was poor. the hotel in general is nice and breakfast is great. great location

The staff were really the highlight of the stay. Went above and beyond to answer questions and help us out. On top of that the rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Room size was exactly what we needed for our family. We had 3 adults a teen and a preteen on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had no issues.

Because the location is so close to the airport you can hear the planes fly over the building, but that can’t be helped.

Our room was very clean.... we were the first people to stay in the newly renovated room. Nice décor, comfortable beds and towels. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Outside of building had good curb appeal and current. Good location for our needs.

Windows not sealed very well. We were right next to a major highway and BOY! could we tell. Very loud. Telephone in room was not functional, Shower head pipe in the wall was not properly secured and moved all over. Turned on 1 TV and both came on / off, changed channel, volume, etc..... Lobby or eating area, main hallways, elevators all had some type of construction going on - workers were loud and carrying drywall dust all over hotel. Pool not available, any sort of hot breakfast - not available (I don't eat apples, yogurt & muffins for breakfast). A food voucher at a local restaurant would have been nice.

The breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable.

Beds were comfortable, easily accessible to all of our location needs. Accommodated our need for early check in. Breakfast was great changed up the menu daily.
