Hampton Inn & Suites Youngstown-Canfield

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I highly recommend it. It's clean, the staff is helpful, and there are extras you don't normally see in a family hotel; chocolate kisses on my bed, the offer to have housekeeping each day I was there, and the ability to connect to their internet with a LAN. The LAN is huge because it means I can work if I need to. Thank you Hampton Inn and Suites for an outstanding experience!

Breakfast was good with fresh cut fruit daily and fresh baked good of the day

I did not like that the housekeeping had to scheduled daily--they did not just come and clean and give fresh towels daily. During the worst of Covid I get that but not now.It seemed like they were trying to get by with fewer staff.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were in town for a funeral and took advantage of the fabulous lobby area. Allowed us to meet up with family, bring in pizza and then helped clean up. It was greatly appreciated!

This isn’t a complaint, but with three adults in a room, the space felt a little tight.

Hampton Inn at its best. Everything was great. The location was perfect. Loved the breakfast and coffee. Our room was amazing as well. Slept like a baby. Well I did. My husband not so much because of allergies from the AC/Heating unit.

The only downfall was the filters in our rooms ac/heating unit was filthy. It was horrible for my husband. His allergies were really bad.

it was pet friendly. I love pets but my allergies don’t :/ honestly though, the facility was so clean that had I not physically seen a dog, I wouldn’t have known it was pet friendly

Cleanliness was impeccable. Staff was vey friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable.

Would be nice to add more gluten free options to the breakfast buffet, but it was nice to have a hot meal in the morning, so no complaints at all.

Everything. Absolutely clean, attention to details from the TV Remote in a cleophane wrapper, extra wet sanitizing wipes, door sealed before your first entey...the bed sheets were absolutely clean (yes, I ALWAYS check lol) to a good selection for Continental Breakfast...pick it, it was great!

Acceptable breakfast and the pool was open!! Pool is nice sized with a graduated bottom. Room was really nice and large. One of the largest we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend this location if in the area.

We were booked on a floor with a youth baseball team from New York. Not a good experience. Outside of that, this location is well run and one of our favorites.

In an attempt to be super clean, the overwhelming bleach odor was difficult to take. We had the bathroom fan on for hours to try and rid the room of the smell.

The staff were very friendly. Especially the woman that was working when we got back to the hotel close to midnight. Very nice and clean establishment and very close to the event that my buddy and I came to see. Thank you for having us.

It was a little pricey for the size of the room.
