Clean, attractive facility and professional staff. Appeared to be very well run.

Front desk was not able to provide a final receipt when I checked out which I thought was strange. Front desk person said I would have to get it from Booking.com. If you're going to take a guest's credit card number for incidentals, then the guest should be able to see the final bill to make sure it's correct and dispute charges right away if necessary rather than having to do it afterwards. I say this b because I have been incorrectly charged for stuff I didn't use at other hotels.

The whole hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast, lots of item choices and everything that was suppose to be hot was. This was way, way more than the typical continental breakfast. Breakfast area attendants/servers were constantly bringing item refills, cleaning, straightening up and asking the quests if they needed any help.

There was only one issue we ran into. This is not a complaint, just an advisory. The luggage carts...difficult to push and very hard to steer. But, compared to having a wonderful experience and stay, this was a very minor inconvenience.

Being a weekend and a bit crowded, it would have been nice to have a sign telling people that the breakfast nook isn't a one-way line. Many people were waiting behind people waiting for waffles without realizing they could go around. Also, 2 waffle makers would have helped during the rush. In the room, I missed having a suitcase caddy - sorry I don't know the name, to put my suitcase on.

Was clean and comfortable with modern touches. Plenty of places to sit and plug in technology gadgets. Breakfast was good and complimentary. Front desk staff was very nice.

You could hear people walking on the floor above and if you stomped your foot on the floor it rattled the furniture. That was the only thing that we found a bit to our disliking. This would not stop us from staying here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hampton Inn Youngstown-North. The hotel was VERY clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Originally, I was booked at a different hotel (not good) and switched to Hampton Inn, even though it was farther from the area I was actually visiting. Definitely a great decision! This is a fantastic hotel and I plan on staying here again, during future visits to the area.

Friendly staff, pet friendly accommodations, eco-friendly decor, pleasant shower, indoor pool, and delicious hot breakfast. Park within short walking distance. Convenient on and off highway location.

VERY clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. Again, Covid, so it was bagels, cinnamon pull aparts, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. Plenty to choose from though.

Very busy weekend and the hotel had ran out of clean towels. Other guests were not putting their dirty towels out as instructed due to Covid. Went to front desk and they managed to scramble up a few that just got out of the laundry. Definitely not the facilities fault, they were trying to keep up. Housekeepers were super friendly as well.

Reception Staff was cool. Cleanliness of room.

Breakfast lady was a little off-putting and Breakfast was late getting started and the food was cold. Pool was closed. Need more garbage cans outside and in the rooms.

Staff was great. Property is nice. Breakfast was good.

Floors in room were dirty. When I showered after walking barefoot in the room it looked like I had been walking outside barefoot in the dirt.
