The bathtub could use an update. Even with the shower curtain inside of the tub, lots of water leaked onto the floor. It was probably because the shower head was not working properly. It kind of poured out.

The room was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable. I used the shower and the water was hot, soap was decent. There was plenty of towels. The room was quiet and staff was friendly as well.
I enjoyed my stay, I don’t think anything really needed fixing. The only thing I would change is the mattress could’ve been a little higher quality but it was worth what I paid. I could’ve had the option to upgrade if I really cared that much.

Across the street restaurants. Room was nice, no bugs or odd smells. Bedding was clean and stain free. No complaints. Will stay again due to close proximity to The James at OSU.

No listing in the room with TV schedule with Channel # to locate instantly. Also, the heating took too long to remedy even with helpful guidance by phone from the office. Converting the current separate heating/cooling units into the popular one single unit, especially in handicapped rooms, would be a very helpful improvement.

The Garmin had a hard time directing us, we ended up across the street, but it looked like lots of people had the same directions, because there was a well worn path through the dirt to the parking lot.
Well, I woke up with huge bug bites on my neck, forehead and shoulder on just my right side. They hurt and we're red, and they left marks.

My only complaint is that I don’t like the doors being on the outside lol, but that’s a me issue not a property issue. Oh and the pillows need updated.

Employee at desk was friendly, respectful & prompt with check -in. Outside of the facility was clean as well as the room. Bed was also clean & comfortable. Location was great and safe. It was also affordable. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you:)
