the location was perfect. only 8 mins away from the nationwide arena venue. a great choice if someone is planning on going a an event at nationwide arena. the hotel is very secure o

kind of noisy . I didn’t complain but I could hear various banging throughout the night. I think we were on the same floor as kids. normally I ask for a room away from others this time I didn’t do it is what it is. the walls in the room had some wear and tear but overall the room was very nice.

The whole hotel is beautiful and is immaculate. It's almost hard to tell that anyone had stayed in the room before we did. The bar is beautiful and the outside deck with live music was so much fun! Loved it! It was cozy with couches and a couple of fires. The interior of the bar was adorned with velvet couches.. very modern.

I didn't like that at 830am the housekeeper was knocking on the door to see if we had checked out or not. Super rude! I'd suggest the "do not disturb" sign since they come before it's even check out time.

An amazing place, we stayed for 25 days, You will have a lot of stores, restaurants, and groceries near the hotel, Pat (in charge of the kitchen) and all the staff are amazing, no doubt, I would stay again without thinking.

The pool was not warm, but besides that is a great place!!!

The staff were wonderful and accommodating to our special needs. Room was clean. Loved the corner table, cushions and padded corner seat. Bed and pillows were great. Slept so good. Loved having so many places for recharging phones.

A bit too open for me in the bathroom area. Would have liked a larger private area for dressing after showering. Missed not having a microwave. We had dinner from Cap City Fine Dinner and had leftovers. Had our nice fridge in our room but no way to heat them up.

Great location, Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room, well laid out. Outlets in the right places, including built in USB ports at bedside. Lots of bathroom counterspace. Pool was nice!

Bathroom sink way too small. Barn door for toilet area does not give acceptable privacy. Only one towel hook. Elevator meant to be high tech and secure, but it fails to do the obvious, like tell you what floor it's on so you know it's coming. Also, only one of the two elevators was working for the entire stay so it took several minutes to get on.

We didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast but there were many snacks in the area. The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern, especially liked the Marshal speaker in the room along with having several USB ports for charging items. HBO go was free for the stay and could log into my other accounts pretty easy.

I would have like knowing that there was a microwave in the breakfast area section because there wasn't one in the room. We had gotten pizza and would have loved to heat it up. The wifi for the room was a bit iffy and had trouble surfing just the normal web.

coffee not avail at complimentary coffee area- empty no cups- told employee in “kitchen” area- he could have cared less- came back 20 min later- still nothing changed. Do not disturb on door- Housekeeper knocks on door at 9 am wants to know if we vacated- No we arrived after midnight- thank you

Loved the patio, Lobby and Bar great vibes!

The $ dollar signs on breakfast items were a bit embarrassing. Why bother? Just keep the free coffee and do away with paid breakfast.

I didn’t know breakfast or anything else was included. If it was, I wish they would have told me when I checked in. Room was neat and clean. Hallways were a little messy with wrappers on floor Excellent location!

There could have been some more toiletries in room. There was no body wash in shower

good location to arena district - just a quick drive over free parking was a big perk and a deciding factor in why we chose this hotel

probably just a miscommunication but we were woken at 8:00am by housekeeping knocking on our door.
