SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbus OSU

Its so clean. i loved their shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispenser. smells so good! they have a big sofa that can be converted to bed for a extra guest. TV can be position right infront of the bed or switch facing the sofa bed. breakfast is terrific! they have beef patty, bagels, waffles, fresh milk,ham&eggs cheese crossaint. fruits etc. all warm and new. my daughter enjoyed her stay. we will definitely come back for the next stay in ohio.

Even better than I expected! Such a great price for a great hotel. The staff was all extremely friendly. The room was so clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. A lot of options and delicious. Location was convenient and easily accessible.

great location and price for what we wanted and needed.

shower controls were messed up. It was hard to find the hot water. There was a youth hockey tournament in the area the weekend we were there. They were extremely loud playing in the hallways. That’s not on the hotel though.

I loved how clean and the decor was nice. The front desk and Maintenance staff where great. Breakfast had a good Variety.

The house keeping staff where rude. I have a three yr old who likes to talk to everyone. The house keeping staff wouldn’t even acknowledge him. Also the indoor pool was so cold no one wanted to get in the water.

Hotel was convenient and close to other places.Desk staff was very friendly and we arrived very late.Rooms were comfortable but since we also stayed in a spring hill suites hotel in Tulsa we were able to compare the two. This one was older and may need a little refreshment.

The property was very clean. The outside was beautiful with the immaculate landscape. Our room was big enough for two adults and 3 kids without us being on top of each other. The breakfast was great! So glad it was the actual buffet and not grab and go breakfast. The staff was friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

I wish there was brighter lighting option in the bathroom and at the desk. Maybe a dimmer to control how dim or bright the light can be…

They offered a wonderful breakfast w many selections, there were selections for those of us that eat healthier too . I was very impressed & the ladies tending to the breakfast, were so polite & very helpful

Welcoming staff! Room size was great...and liked the split bathroom facilities. Close proximity to OSU! Pleasantly surprised to see visiting Big 10 team staying at this hotel...

Breakfast was a little sparse - could use some improvement...

The room was super clean. Offered free shuttle to the hospitals. Lots of fresh food for breakfast, even though it was scaled back for Covid reasons. The pool was closed to Covid too, but the staff was very sympathetic and offered to find us someplace else. We felt we stumbled into a real gem. Great place to stay!

They put us in the handicap access room which was huge, plenty of room and two bathrooms.

While access to the highway is very close and convenient, the location isn’t attractive and you won’t want to hang out outside or take a long walk since it’s so close to traffic. All the same, our room was quiet.
