Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Dublin

The breakfast was always hot and served on time. A choice of biscuits, and maybe even gravy would have been nice. The workers that we came in contact with were very nice. The manager Brain Starkey was very personable on the morning we talked with him. Asked how our stay was. Talked with us for a few good minutes while we were eating breakfast. The bed in our room was comfortable. Very nice sized bathroom, really liked the walk in shower. Good amount of outlets and lighting. In a very good location for a visit to the Columbus Zoo. one of the reasons we picked the hotel.

A little different choice of breakfast. In other hotels the person "serving" up the breakfast mingled with the guest. The 3 mornings that we were there and my husband ate breakfast, Brain was the only person who personally greeted him/us. When were left or came back for the day, we were sometimes greeted, sometimes not. I guess really that is neither here nor there. There were a few stains in the carpet in our room. In the lobby area, what ever cleaning solution that was used, a pleasant but over powering, at least to us.

I liked that the hotel was located close to many restaurants and right off the main highway. The showers at the hotel were amazing. I loved that they were supplied with full bottles of body wash and hair products... which I had forgotten to bring.

I didnt like that 3 tractor trailors were parked right outside our window for 3 days! One of the trucks ran his generator the whole time. Sitting outside on the patio made for an eyesore with the trucks.

Comfortable bed and pillows, shower was warm, nice location, friendly staff

Breakfast was ok, my son got cereal but there was no milk available, could not pull shades close enough together to block out light, patio was nice but crowded so our group remained inside, we had a larger group and outr talking was interfering with phone calls at front desk, per mgr. Additional outdoor seating could help

Choice of close by restaurants and stores

Housekeeping staff was unprofessional talking on phone while cleaning room. Very late in day and did not restock coffee in room to n day one and day two housekeeper making v Ty unpleasant faces at us as we were leaving. For the price we paid, should have felt more welcomed. Front desk staff was excellent though

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the zoo. We had a little issue on my part when we first arrived, but the staff, including the manager, was very nice and helpful in resolving the issue. The hotel is very clean and so was our room. The bed was comfortable but, you may want to bring your own pillow. The bathroom was also clean and huge. We had a walk-in shower and loved it! The breakfast was great with your choice of scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, turkey sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit, cereal, danish, and oatmeal. There were also restaurants (IHOP, Rooster's, and Olive Garden) in the same area which allowed us to walk to find food. We enjoyed our stay and will book this hotel the next time we're in the area.

Pillows weren't very comfortable.

Good sized room with a great en suite. A good supply of fresh towels and bed linen throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and keen to help and the hotel in general was kept extremely clean.

Breakfast was a little limited but I put it down to post covid practices and expect that once the current bump has passed they will resume normal service.

The hotel was great which I expected, but the big difference was the people. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Sara, the manager, We had traveled there to meet relatives which we hadn't seen for a long time and when she found out she even invited them to come over for the breakfast with us the morning we checked out. As nice as the hotel was and especially the staff we will be returning.

close to the zoo plus the hotel is right off highway plenty of places to eat right in front of hotel. hotel was comfortable and clean. staff was wonderful

the only thing was I wish they just had little bit better coffee it wasn’t horrible just wish it was little better. and more hot breakfast

Breakfast had a lot of different selections, nice and warm food. Rooms were overall cozy, comfy clean bed, nice clean bathroom with awesome shower head. And the option of having the mobile check-in and mobile key to the room made it really convenient.

Honestly, couldn’t have picked a better hotel. I did have an issue where room I had booked got canceled without me doing so on the app. But just had to rebook a room, and never got charged a cancellation fee.

I would always prefer proper cutlery and crockery but that aside the choice of food available was as good as when I visited before and the all day coffee is always appreciated.
