Hampton Inn Columbus/Dublin

I thought the hotel was a good price. The hotel seemed clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast selection was pretty good.

The sink in the bathroom. The faucet was at this weird side angle, and I kept spilling water on the counter. I think it helped if I ran the water harder, but I didn't realize this until we were packing up to leave.

Bed was comfortable, and room was nice

The tiny pillows on the bed , and I wish they had more variety of things to purchase to keep from having to get out at midnight. Such as milk. Breakfast was O.K. cold watery eggs , cold biscuits and gravy . For what you charge per night would expect a little better. Just saying

As directed, we left our wet towels on the bathroom floor for exchange. Our room was neglected (bed not even pulled together and old towels remained). When we requested new towels at desk, we were told that towels were in dryer and would have to wait 35 minutes. At 10:00 at night after a loooooonnnng day we didn't feel like waiting. Only complaint!!

Very pleased with the room, clean, great bed. The hotel itself was pretty nice.

The pool is a lot smaller than you think, there were a lot of kids in it so weren’t able to enjoy it and was looking forward to it after all day at the zoo..

location was great. staff super friendly. greeted us every time. everything was really clean. beds were comfy. rooms were spacious.

breakfast was mediocre. air conditioners in the room didn’t get the room as cold as expected. but still worked.

Breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff - Scottie - was friendly and professional. Location was perfect for our plans.

Daily maid service. It is long past time to go back to it. Also, the sheets and blanket for our king sized bed were queen sized, which made for a nightly blanket tug battle.

They don’t have an overnight maintenance staff. We had a problem that required that, but the hotel moved us to another room so that was good. If they didn’t have an extra room it would have been a problem.

Always try to stay at Hamptons/Hilton properties as they are clean and dependable. This property was perfect location for our purpose in being in Dublin/Columbus area

Due to Covid, there was no breakfast and the hotel was short staffed. To make up for that we were given a deep discount on the room which was very kind. It was very quiet even though there were many guests.

I wish they allowed dogs. Our air conditioning unit rattled. Room 320. Grab and Go breakfast was not available even though we came downstairs just before 9:00 a.m. on a Monday. There was no one around to ask. When we checked in I wish someone had told us about the Grab and Go and we would have made an effort to show up earlier that morning.
