Holiday Inn Express - Columbus - Dublin, an IHG Hotel

Quick check in! Nice clean room, locker, microwave in the room along with coffee maker. None of the housekeeping staff enters your room without you letting them know a day in advance. Which is a good thing. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows

The washroom tub doesn’t drain quickly while taking bath. My feet were submerged in atleast 4 inches standing water while taking shower. On my request a plumber or technical staff did visit to clean the drain but it didn’t solve the problem

We weren’t told that we had inform the front desk that we wanted fresh towels and to clean the room the night before. This resulted in us returning to the hotel the first evening to an unmade room with our dirty towels still on the floor and the trash cans full.

Everything was great about my stay.

Two things that could be better are the locations of the ice machine and people using the same serving tongs at breakfast. It was quite a walk to get ice then to find out the machine on the 2nd was not working, went down to the first floor to find out there was no ice on that floor, then had to make the trek up to the third floor for it. During this COVID time, I did not feel comfortable using the same tongs to get food out of the warming pans as the person before me.

Very attractive facilities with amenities not found in most hotels in this category. Of the five places we stayed on our trip, this was the only one that provided a true “accessible “ room - higher toilet seat, roll-in shower with a seat, grab bars, and ample space in the room for mobility aids. Staff was very helpful and professional, and breakfast was excellent as well, so overall a first-rate experience.

Everything about the Holiday Inn Express was great, the location, the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff. We had the oversized room and it was perfect for our family of six. The breakfast was an added bonus and I like how they had "to go bags" if you were in a hurry and wanted to grab something to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Not a thing! everything was perfect!

The first morning the breakfast was nothing to write home about. The second morning was much improved but no where near as good as the Express we stayed in in Clearfield, PA last year. There was alot of noise outside the motel, first night a barking dog for about an hour, other than that OK.

I liked that the room was cleaned properly. We have stayed at other holiday inns and some of them were not the cleanest.

We were there for two days and I would of liked to see different options for breakfast other than biscuits and gravy and turkey sausage. Some regular scrambled eggs and bacon would have been nice. But overall, there were options so that was nice.

I thought breakfast was great, and they had some different stuff each morning so that kept it from being the boring standard hotel breakfast. Most of the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and would help with any reasonable requests. The rooms, lobby, hallways and parking lot wear very clean. I would recommend this place to any family traveling to the Columbus Zoo.

We found a half used water bottle under our bed, and the drain in our shower was very slow like it was partially clogged. The location was a little awkward because anytime you left the property you had to make a right and go down the road a quarter of a mile and make a u-turn. The staff was very friendly until our last morning the front desk person seemed to stare at us glaring the whole time we ate breakfast like he was expecting us to break something or steal half the food. The floor in the breakfast area was sticky, like they don't mop it after every breakfast closing. know that seems like a lot of negative things but all-in-all I say it was a pleasant stay 😀

We stayed here for the OSU Spring game. So glad we did! Everything about this hotel was impeccable. Clean, bright, modern- from remote control window shades to the USB built-ins. Thoughtful conveniences like the fully stocked pantry, to the breakfast buffet. (which was not only delicious but so well-organized). Comfortable bed, amazing shower.

Not a thing- no complaints and trust me- I do complain. A lot. LOL

convenient location to wedding we attended. Comfortable bed, nice staff and breakfast had a good assortment.

Doors between rooms allow a lot of noise from other room. We had people showering and blow drying their hair close to midnight and it sounded like it was in our bathroom.
