Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Airport

The staff was great- we didn’t have a working microwave and that was changed out right away. Also, as we were leaving, my kids weren’t feeling good and the gentleman at the front desk gave the water and a candy bar and told them to feel better. That to me was above and beyond and wonderful customer service. The gentleman waiting the restaurant the night before also took great care of my children and I.

I really appreciated the 24-hour shuttle service to and from airport and rental car location. The staff was very friendly. The proximity to the airport is excellent!

There are three detractors, two of which are design flaws: extremely dim room lighting, shower configuration made it impossible to turn on water and adjust temperature without getting completely drenched in icy cold water (I ended up using a hangar as a poor aid), and lack of healthy fresh food for late-arriving guests.

The room was very nice and attractive, The bed was very comfortable. The shuttle picks you up at the airport and will take you to a place to eat . The pool was excellent and I really enjoyed that.

The location was not in a central place with a lot construction around so no decent place near by to eat or look around the city. Breakfast was limited with the COVID restrictions. For me, the real only negative was that the air conditioner was very loud although a nice Amana. I had to turn if off with the buzzing and banging noise.

The new decor is very nice. Bedding and pillows are important to me. Loved the pillows and the bedding. Really nice towels. I came in late and left very early so I cannot comment on food.

When they designed the shower it wasn’t well thought out. You can only open one of the doors so when you turn the shower on it shoots cold water on you. If the other side was moveable you could reach in to turn the water on with out getting wet.

The room and facilities were very clean and nice! The Staff was wonderful and even brought us some extra blankets when we requested them!! The location was perfect for us to get to the airport in a timely manner!!

There was alot of construction going on at the time of our stay, so the parking lot was a little bit crowded.

The location of this hotel was very convenient to many places. We got to the airport in just a few minutes but it wasn't right next door which was nice.

No complaints. We didn't stay there long so we didn't have much to say. It was not convenient for early flyers because we could not take advantage of the shuttle or the breakfast.

I like the location to the airport and car rental.

There was a note on the light saying “light flickers please change bulb” on a room key holder folder. So not only was it not changed the msg was still there so makes you feel like perhaps the area wasn’t cleaned or wiped down properly. Not saying it wasn’t that’s just what we wondered.

Left too early for breakfast. However dinner Margarita flatbread pizza was excellent!

I rely on park and fly. I have mobility issues parking at hotel and leaving there until I return is a huge plus for me. I don’t understand why that service has been discontinued. Very disappointed

The room was clean & quiet.

Hotel posting on B .com said 24 hr front desk and 24 hr shuttle from the airport. So, I chose this hotel because I had an early morning arrival. When I called for a shuttle, I was told that shuttle service ended at midnight. Frustrating after a long day of travel.

The breakfast was good, the staff was excellent. Very helpful and so nice! I enjoyed the comfort of the room, the size of the bathroom and the great staff. The airport shuttle was also excellent!

The restaurant feels more like a cafeteria.
