Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport, an IHG Hotel

Location was great! The breakfast was very good. It was better than your traditional hotel/motel free breakfast. The pool and sauna were nice too.

The pool room didn't have any clean towels. I went to the front desk and asked the attendant and she said they should be on the back of each lounge chair. I told her that the towels were all over the floor and the place was a bit messy. She said she would call someone to take care of the area but when I went back several hours later, it was the same. I took a towel from the room to dry off with. The thermostat in our room was broken and it caused the heat to never turn off. We woke up in the middle of the night and it was over 90 degrees in our room. It made sleeping difficult for the rest of the night. We reported the broken thermostat to the front desk the following morning at checkout and they said they would get that looked at.

This hotel was a good value. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance of the Metroparks, 10 minutes from the airport, and 2 minutes from the highway. You can't beat the location. Our reservation included breakfast, which was actually a sit-down meal! Very unexpected and the food was excellent! The hotel also has a very large gym -- 3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, free weights, yoga mats, etc., which was a nice surprise as well.

The only negative is that the facility is definitely showing its age. The room had a bit of a musty smell and just looked outdated. I think replacing the carpeting and window treatments -- and refinishing the bathtub / shower caulk -- would do wonders for its appearance. But we would definitely stay there again.

The building was built very well. The rooms were quite and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having the coffee machine in our room.

We could not get the TV to tune into any of the stations that were listed on the guide. We were forced to watch only a few channels that would come in only by moving the channel up and down buttons on the remote and it was very limited. Even using the numbers for channels didn't work. An instruction card might have helped. We didn't eat the breakfast. We kind of thought that it should be free for paying guests.

Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at night and didn't have any issues with checking in. Our stay seemed to be a safe a quiet. Our favorite part was the free breakfast in the morning. Nicest waitress and the best home-cooked style food! Exceeded our expectations!

An employee card accessed and entered the room in the morning, briefly. I believe it was a cleaning staff member. She apologized and exited as soon as she saw the room was still occupied.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Good customer service...staff was friendly...

No trash bag in trash can and only 1 in the room in the bathroom. The tub is not free flowing needs to be unstopped...Duevet on the bed was full of hair and not my hair...

The hotel staff was fabulous. We didn't find ANYONE who wasn't polite, considerate, or thoughtful. If there were a rating for them, it would have to be a +12

There wasn't very much to NOT like. It was clean, the staff was courteous and the food was FANTASTIC.

staff were very nice, mirror in bath needed new batteries, dust on floor, stains on chair, bed sink in the middle so bad that my husband and I had to keep moving to the ends throughout the night

Did not eat at the property. Staff was very helpful in arranging airport transportation. Room was clean and comfortable.

Price was slightly high for a basic room. Rooms could be cheaper for the size they are.

We asked for house keeping 2 days during our stay. 1st time was great but the 2nd time they didn't leave clean towels, or coffee. Had to ask for those items a 2nd time.

The hotel window tinted windows were very hard to see out during day and night. When I stay at hotel I like see out city view.
