Friendly staff, room adequate Pool was open!

Wifi..not consistantly on, if advertising free wifi should make it available at all times Breakfast,nice to have ,but need to make sure stocked for use. Out of one cereal,bread,no peanut butter Someone needs to be cleaning table, guy at service desk, was on his phone ,not knowing or lets assume, not caring if stocked and clean We had 3 people registered for room, supplied us with towels for 2 Microwave in room smelt like burnt popcorn

All the basics were there.

Someone stole the parking space in front of our room and had to park wayyy far away. Called office, not too concerned about checking on it or doing anything about it, just told me to try to find another space and if i couldnt then call them back. Second issue----the mattresses are like sleeping on rocks, we hardly slept it was so uncomfortable.

We didn’t have breakfast as we were up and gone before they began serving it.

We got there early at 1:30 pm. They told us the room wasn’t ready but then said for $10 we could check in early? A bit confusing. There was just one young man doing everything but he managed. The remote didn’t work and was replaced immediately.

Everything from the landscaping to the restaurants in and around the area. I love the room sizes even if you’re booking a standard room, they are all nice and cozy, beds made with love and care pillows tucked not to mention soft and easy to fall asleep on. I am a frequent guest at this location and I haven’t been to any other Super 8 as nice as this one. Thanks for accommodating us.

I came in for a football game so it was perfect for me just outside of Cleveland was what I was looking for

My room was under a guest that didn't sleep all night for two nights dropping things walking heavy in and out his truck but for my length of stay I wasn't too worried about it

Price service and room was great air and water worked really well breaks was great would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away o a real tight budget

Some of the things were out dated but not a big deal or a deal breaker

The room was clean beds were comfy. There was a small free breakfast bar. The staff was polite. Usually in the area once a year and I'll stay here from now on.

Not much to dislike. The landscaping was a little overgrown it made the outside look a little rundown. Like I said not much to dislike here!

We had a little trouble with our room so they moved us right away to another room no questions asked. The rooms were all clean, the bed was comfy, the AC worked and it didn't smell which was a change from all the other hotels we have stayed at in the past.

The pool was closed but that was due to the so called Covid but not the hotels fault

Our heater was broken when we checked in and it was freezing cold. We called the office and someone came and replace the whole heater within that hour. I was extremely grateful, being that my husband uses a wheelchair and that was the only wc accessible room available and this room was our only option.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower bench needs some attention.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was great. Housekeeping staff was great!

The pillows could have been better.
