Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lima, OH

The staff was great, the breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. The orange juice wasn't extremely watered down. Cookies, coffee, tea (I didn't have any tea.. ), and hot chocolate packets available all day and night. Liked that very much. I'm guessing it was clean, I really don't know as my wife goes in and cleans the room before we go in...

The hot tub was down and looked as though it had been down for some time. The waffle mix could have been thicker, it was thin like pancake batter so making waffles for breakfast was a little tough. The AC/Heat unit didn't quit work right. If you wanted it cooler, you had to put it on cool and put it on constant fan. The same goes for the heat. The automatic fan and shut-off didn't work as it should. The beds are soft... If you have had multiple fusions in your lowback, this isn't a positive.

Breakfast was great, availability of coffee/hot chocolate/hot tea and cookies throughout the day was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The availability of a room with three beds was the reason I chose this hotel.

The hot tub was out of service, the ice machines on first and third floors were out of service, the furnishings were not in great condition - our sofa cushion was missing a hand-sized piece of vinyl, a knob on a dresser drawer came off in my hand, there was a dark brown stain about 6 inches in diameter near the top of the bathroom door that appeared to be a repair of a hole in the door but was not painted to match the white door, the room darkening curtains did not close because the track was damaged, etc. These issues made our room feel “shabby” and our first impression of our room was very disappointing. Fortunately, the positives of the hotel outweighed the cosmetic deficiencies.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a lot more than I have had at other motels. The rooms were comfy and clean for the most part, the only thing that was not clean was under the dressers was dirt and bottle caps and the carpet is stained and a little dirty. I have seen worse.

Cleanliness under furniture. Pool wasn’t open for 3 of the 4 days we were there and the jacuzzi was also closed.

The carpet in room (302) could use a good shampooing The chain on the float in the commode reservoir tank would get caught with each flush, causing the water in the tank to constantly run, which in turn had me removing the tank lid & reach my hand down to free up the chain I slipped & fell on a freshly mopped floor in the lobby. No ‘slippery sign’ had been placed to warn of the danger. I fell on my knee causing a deep bruise, & jerked my back trying to catch myself. This caused unnecessary physical discomfort to complete my agenda for the day. The front desk assistant was apologetic & accommodated my request for an ice pack.

The staff seemed nice and no complaints on cleanliness. It was way too cold outside. It seemed to be run efficiently. Coffee and tea in room was convenient. Cable TV was good. bathroom had adequate soap and shampoo and towels. It was nice to have a bathtub. Everything pretty clean.

It would haad been nice if the sauna would have been open and pool too except I don't know if I would have swam. There weren't enough people around I mean other visitors. Prices have gone up a lot since the last time I got a room anyplace. It would have been nice if there was a breakfast. So you did not have a prepared breakfast and the pool was closed. So there are two things I paid for that I did not get. Bed was comfortable.

Check in was great the women at the desk was so friendly and nice! The room was comfortable, the Ac worked good. The breakfast both days were good but Saturday there was way to many people for the space!

We were going to grab a bagged breakfast to go for our son that didn't come down but before we could the lady behind the desk came out and took them all! And the lady who was working the breakfast buffet was to busy on there phone to ask!

A room on my floor had two barking dogs that wouldn't shut up. I was far enough away that it didn't greatly affect me, but I would have been really upset if I had paid to listen to barking dogs and couldn't sleep because of them.

I liked having a pull out couch for my son so he could sleep by himself, and 2 TVs made it nice so the kids could watch what they wanted! The first night we pulled out the couch into a bed the second night he kept it closed because it was more comfortable that way.

I liked the couch being in a different part of the room, but it made him feel left out! Maybe have a more open floor plan for the rooms would be nice.

fantastic breakfast!

Noise travels easily. the people in the next room arrived in the middle of the night and I could hear every word and they weren’t trying to be quiet. I had a huge day of driving the next day so a sound sleep was very important to me. My broken sleep impacted my next day.

The location, the room. The carnitas pork was delicious. I like having my pet!

We found articles from previous guest indicating the room was not swept properly. The "omelets" are miserable. I want king size double rooms.
