Holiday Inn Express & Suites Findlay North, an IHG Hotel

Staff was great. Beds super comfy. Nice sized rooms, pretty clean. (just looked like a stain was on the carpet in a spot, but that's minor. Bathrooms super clean and easy access to everything, nice set up. Had an issue half way through our stay where our keypad shut down/locked us out of the room, went downstairs to talk to front desk and they just had to reset the key, no biggie. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Didn't get a chance to utilize the pool, the workout area or partake of breakfast. The pool and workout areas were because we were busy with family who live in the area and the breakfast.. well, the breakfast hours didn't jive with our crazy schedule so we can't give a yay or nay on the offerings, however the coffee is good- hubby had a cup of it on our last morning.

Impeccably clean. Staff was outstanding. So friendly, made you feel at home. The breakfast was done by two fantastic ladies that were so attentive and kind. Kept things so clean and full. They were so cheerful greeting everyone. I will stay here again for sure. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have been in lately. Rooms were impeccable and fresh feeling. TO THE OWNERS: Do whatever you have to keep that very capable and kind staff that you have!!!!

Maybe have a hot tub. But the pool was awesome.

We went to go on a college tour. The check in was very fast and the room was a nice size. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was great with lots of room and lighting as well very big! The options for lights and electrical outlets was awesome throughout the room. My family loved the breakfast and all the choices available it was delicious, fresh and always being refilled! Social distancing practices are very much in place as well, which I appreciate! We will stay again when we are there.

The pool was not open which my son was disappointed and you could here people when they were talking loud in the halls, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. Breakfast was far better than I've had at other hotels and didn't disappoint. Room was nice and clean. This chain has become my go to Hotel

We were the last room on the hall and right next to the side door. I wish the door locked at a certain time because that's all I heard all night was the door slamming shut.

spacious room & bathroom. bed super comfy. nice decor ! the breakfast was excellent, many options. beautiful area that also had adjacent patio for outdoor dining with a view of small lake ? behind. was such a beautiful hotel, staff so friendly .

The friendliness of the staff and willingness to work with my schedule, which involved canceling the second night. The breakfast ladies were fantastic! Very pleasant to guests!

The location on the initial map I looked at was deceitful. Made it look and sound like was close to Main Street/Downtown

Breakfast was great. Beds comfortable and clean. The location was a ways away from where we were heading the next day, but we planned it that way. There is a great little winery right in front of the property, and we loved it was just a walk away.

Checking in was a little rough. They card reader wasn't working, and even though I had already paid online, they still needed a card on file, which is understandable in case there were damages.

Friendly staff, all around grest! Hand sanitizer on the floors by the elevator. Breakfast was good. The lady servicing the food was kinda and filled each order in a timely manner.

The bathroom is great, alot of riom in the bathroom to move around, nice siE tub. However, we stayed here 3 nights and used the shower twice. Getting in the tub wasn' t a problem, getting out I almost fell twice, because the inside of the tub is higher than the floor. This is something I am kot used to. Maybe at some point you could fix that problem. I am considered senior citizen now, but I still get around real good.

The staff was genuinely friendly & courteous. The breakfast was fresh, clean, and delicious, with many options. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water offered at the front desk, too. Great location near a fantastic pizza place just a quick walk across the street.

The pillows and bed were just a little too soft for my personal comfort.

the breakfast was better than expected and we enjoy it very much. The checkin staff was most helpful and also brought my IHG Card up to date. Have not traveled much of late and wanted to be sure it was current on your records. Thanks again for the cheerful assistance. DON BROOKS
