Quite clean. Breakfast was hot and varied, with diced potatoes being a particular highlight. Room's decoration was tasteful and minimal, geared towards millenial or gen x middle class sensibilities. Toiletries are in the higher quality range but bought in bulk and bolted to the wall in dispensers to manage cost (which is a trend I appreciate, I'd rather have good soap there instead of crappy soap that I can take home).

Desk staff was very polite with me, I did notice a very distressed customer, an older gentleman who seemed to be in town for business who wanted help with the wifi and got brushed off with no sympathy.

Went to check out ..... Yes I checked out around 4am 5 due to the fact it was a Saturday and I was a truck driver.... I wanted to get home to northern NY (2 hours north of Syracuse) to my children..... The young man was very rude .... Because I needed my invoice.... I guess the computer was down he said it. Be ten mins..... Ok no problem..... About 4 mins went by and he came back to the desk yelling at me that the computer was down.... I asked if he was seriously talking that way to me.... I told him well let me leave my info so it can get mailed I need it for my company. He refused to take any sort of info down..... He didn't even know what room I was in ...... Very rude man..... The lady at check in was out of this world amazing!!!!!

Hotel new, clean, and has a great location right off interstate 71. Good restaurants nearby including Brown Derby and Blue Heron Brewery. Fitness area excellent compared to most hotels. Standard hotel breakfast slightly above average, nice breakfast area. Typical pool, water nice and warm, no hot tub.

A couple of minor items: room had no tissues upon arrival, no extra roll of toilet paper. Shower ran out of hot water once during the afternoon, rest of the time there was no problem with hot water. Breakfast area had no knives over the weekend, seems some staff member could have picked up some from a local store if there was known supply issues. Door to business area was not working with room cards, had to ask front desk attendant to open door. Hallways on each floor cold (probably saving fuel to keep costs down and was very cold outside). One evening water not hot in hot water pot in lobby area.

Hotel was nice, everybody was nice that I saw and talked with. The breakfast was good setup

I understand the policy of check in time frame. I do like that they let me call in to check in my room cause we were gonna be late getting there. But what if I couldn't make a call where I was to call in? Cause I couldn't get my vm message that they left me about getting checked in

Mini frig and microwave in room

Coffee maker in my room 225 needs cleaned. Ran water to make hotcocoa and black flakes was in water..heated water in clean cup in microwave and had hotcocoa that way.. Pool could have been warmer Eye wash in their front desk first aid kit had expired. Grandson's eyes got irritated think between pool water and their shampoo. I'll remember bring my own kids shampoo next time. They need bigger trash cans or extra trash bags. They don't clean the rooms if your here for only 2 days..its day 3 they clean which is fine but be a lot more helpful to have either bigger waste cans or Xtra trash bags so that cans aren't overflowing for the house keeping

only problem was at breakfast, someone who was clearly ill, was hanging around the breakfast area touching everything, coughing spluttering blowing his nose - we were to afraid to eat in there due to covid concerns. The staff was not able to deal with this situation.

The breakfast potatoes had meat in them so my vegetarian daughters were a bit disappointed. The staff was so sweet and accommodating, they actually made us some special hash browns without meat!

never saw any breakfast offered. room was very clean, comfortable. that was about it. easy to get around where we wanted to go. quiet. don't think there were very many guests there .

I can't rate the staff because we never saw anyone. we checked in digitally used the door key app and there was never anyone at the desk when we walked in or out. only other thing was room was cold. heater vent kicked out not so warm air and it was 20 degrees outside. we had to push the thermostat up to stay warm.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind.

My partner had the breakfast and he didn't care for the Canadian bacon. He would have preferred sausage or regular bacon.
