Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medina, an IHG Hotel

The hotel exceeded my expectations. By far the best sleep I've had in any hotel, the beds are super comfy and the 2 choices of pillows was great, Loved the door that separated the room for the entry way. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of choices of hot and cold foods with a variety of drinks. Can't wait to stay here again, definitely recommend.

Nothing everything was great. Great property and location. Didn't see anything of experience anything that I didn't like, my stay was great.

Breakfast was amazing however the employee that was housing the breakfast area on Tuesday June 28 was rude not only to me but I over heard her talking rudely to other folks as well. I also would like to accommodate the front desk young lady long blonde hair was an amazing employee she, dated me I arrived earlier than check in and she made sure there was a room for me also she was there all the time very hard-working and an exceptional employee.

Breakfast bar was very nice. Great selection and the food was good.. Lobby was great for seating, work station, televisions, gathering with friends and family...etc. nice drinks and snack store near the front desk.. Overall everything was clean. Grandsons enjoyed the pool, but the "poolside rince off shower" was either not hooked up, or not working. We did not use the work out room, but it looked like it was nicely equipped.

I assumed it was probably a post pandemic precaution, but not having the house keeping services entering the rooms until the day we check out is not all that convenient when our trash cans were spilling over. We emptied our own trash but then we had no replacement can liners. By the 2nd to last day of our stay I needed to flag down a house keeper cart to get more cups, supplies, coffee pods,, etc. Also was not convenient not having a "Directory" in our room by the phone for restaurants, general hotel information, or location information.

The hot breakfast "buffet" was more than I expected for a Tuesday morning!! I am more used to that type of breakfast to be weekends only! Eggs(scrambled, cheese omelet, egg white w/ veggies) Turkey Sausage, Bacon, Biscuits and Gravy, Oatmeal (with raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon toppings) cold cereal, variety of breads/bagels, yogurt, fruit and Juices and Coffee!!! Room was spotless and very comfortable - shower was amazing! Hated to leave!!

That we only booked one night :) This was a go between stay on a two day travel between Upstate NY and Missouri.

It was very good, especially traveling with 2 young children. They were able to pick what they wanted. The pool was great to relax in after traveling & we enjoyed it the next day to just relax in with the kids.

The location was perfect for visiting Medina & Cuyahoga National Park. The hotel is very clean and up to date. The beds were super comfortable, black out blinds were in the room, the fitness facility had new machines and breakfast was very good.

Incredibly kind staff. Very quiet building, nice and clean, too. Breakfast every day was AWESOME with tons of options and plenty of juice and coffee. Made what was a stressful emergency trip much more manageable and relaxing.

There was chaise that had a few questionable stains on it. Blinds were worn on the side that allowed the sun to come in the morning as there are no curtains. For being a newer property there are signs of lack of maintenance.

The staff was so kind! Ive stayed in a lot of hotels recently and this was the best one. Updated, clean, and friendly people

Cost is high for a small town but at least the facility was better than any other holiday inn ive seen
