Breakfast was good, but could have some alternative options and add a little fiber (veggies like onions and peppers) with the potatoes or have make an omllette station. Most options were not very healthy and there was no option for lactose-intolerant or gluten-free people. I like the filtered water station in the gym and the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable!

pool was under maintenance and gym didn't have any cleaning wipes to wipe down machines.

Th hotel is huge, so it is quiet for the most part. The bed was large and comfy and the room was relatively clean.

The parking lot is a bit sketchy and there is basically no guarantee you will be able to see your vehicle from your room.

this is usually a great hotel, but this particular weekend had some type of gathering or convention inside the hotel which made it super crowded and the elevators stopped working completely some people got stuck on them and it left me waiting a long time just for one

We enjoy our short stay at this hotel. It was clean and we felt very safe. The bed was comfortable and bathroom roomy. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was included in our price and we enjoyed it. The Keurig in the room was great (two regular and two decaf pods plus a couple of tea bags were provided). Also, there was plenty of free parking.

Very minor items: 1) one of the two main elevators was out of order, 2) we had high hopes for the large specialty coffee machine near the bar area in the lobby but everything we made was very watery. They probably just needed to refill it.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. One clothes dryer was iut of order the other was being used I was frazzled as it was our check out day I was told to ask Kim in housekeeping to help. She dried my clothes and folded them. WOW. I liked that a day we went out the desk clerk, was getting off work when we returned from our outing .He remembered where we went and asked if we had fun. He walked back in on his way out just to acknowledge us.

Silly but a bag of microwave popcorn, $3 seemed a bit .The first day, the closest elevator was broke. Pool opening inconsistent. I believe this place has a lot of potential it is obviously older and needs tlc.

The breakfast was surprisingly complete and tasty. The location of the hotel felt safe. The staff was polite and helpful. The exercise room had well-working treadmills. I like the hotel size ~ large enough to walk around in but not so big to be overwhelming.

Bathing was a bit tricky. There was no stopper for the bathtub ~ which was very short. And, to have hot water, the sink's hot water faucet needed to be turned on. Odd. Also, the room was missing a microwave.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of CLE the next morning. The room was nice and staff was friendly. Before booking, I called to confirm that they had free long term parking and airport shuttle. Upon arriving we found out that you’re kind of at the mercy of whether they have a shuttle driver scheduled during the day/time you need. Fortunately they did both directions for us.

The shuttle logistics seem a little unpredictable but we’re happy it worked out.

Loved the fact there was a hot breakfast. Based on the price I was expecting muffins and coffee but they had eggs, potato, yugurt etc. Myles Hamilton was very considerate. I had requested a room on the 1st floor and he was able to accommodate. Carol from housekeeping gave extra lotion

The pool was amazing. The king size bed room was very comfortable. The entrance and lobby made it feel like you were staying at a more expensive hotel

The breakfast wasn't very good. There were no Danish or doughnuts either weekend day. Had a hard time getting electronic lock on room door to open. The cable TV kept losing its signal. Tough to watch.

This hotel switched from a Holiday Inn to Best Western Plus mid-October 2021. We stayed 2 weeks later, so I don't know what changes &/or updates may be planned. Staff was extremely friendly! Rooms were clean; as were lobby, elevator and hallways. Our king suite was perfect for 2 adults & 3 kids. Room had mini fridge but no microwave. A "community" microwave was available in lobby area; also a small pantry area where they sold snacks. There were no vending machines when we were there (Oct 30-Nov 1, 2021). Pool was not open. Breakfast can be included for extra fee or you pay $12/person for the buffet ( no discount for kids at this time, nor can you pay a la carte). Beautiful, large ballroom that holds 300 guests would be perfect for weddings or family events. They do have airport shuttle service.
