Holiday Inn Express Toledo-Oregon, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room had an odor. Asked for handicapp accessible room. Did not get it, but then asked about it and it would not be able to accomadate as it had 1 bed and a fold out couch. But staff and cleaning ladies were very helpful in meeting our needs.

The location was nice and convenient. Liked that it has a pool and hot tub although you couldn't use the hot tub. Breakfast was nice and someone walking around checking what needed refilled, cleaned or wiped down.

I didn't like that they're was pubic hair in the bath tub when I went to put my son in it. The hot tub was out is Plus there was a few guys hanging out drinking by the entrance. And watched us in the swimming pool.

I was very bummed about the breakfast I have been to a couple other holiday in express suites in the past couple months and they had a hot breakfast. For the price I’m paying I would’ve been happier if I would’ve gotten that everybody who walked into the dining area was very disappointed

I have been to a couple holiday inn suites in the last couple months and I was very bummed when there was no hot breakfast at the other holiday inn suites that I stayed at there was a hot breakfast served. Other people noticed when they walked into the dining room and was very upset that there was not eggs bacon or anything hot for breakfast especially for the price you paid

The hot tub was great beds were comfortable rooms were clean and breakfast was good!

The pillows were really to soft. But I prefer more firm pillows. Also the water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but that could have been due to the time of the morning.

The room was wondeful..the hotel had hot tub, alot of hotels don't have one..I loved that..

The hotel is off the street was ok but the sign isn't bright or large enough,so it makes it harder to find..the breakfast was good, but no bacon or pork sausage, turkey sausage was good.

The front desk staff were very nice and pleasant. The room was nice, bed comfortable and the shower was great. Not the nicest location but there were no issues and although we didn’t leave the hotel room, we noticed on the way in, there were several places to eat.

Breakfast was great. lots to choose from. plenty of space.

the room I rented, I have rented many times. The price oh the room was $145 almost every time. This time it was $250. Not sure why such a jump, but as much as i love the room, I wont be coming back as much at that price.

We had a refrigerator that wasn't working properly, but the front staff jumped right in and replaced it promptly. I was very happy with the immediate action to remedy the situation.

The water stains on the ceiling and the poor paint in the room was a turn off but that was about it.

Clean and close to the city centre, restaurants and highways. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee.

The walls were a bit thin, youncan hear others next door.

I slept amazing! The bed/mattress was incredible. Calling the manager because I want the mattress in my bedroom!!!!

Pool and hot tub was closed. That was a disappointment.
