Convenient and affordable. Front desk staff was excellent. Comfortable room temperature. Easy check in.

Cleaning staff had left a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Also, this appears to be a party hotel, and a party was going on when we arrived. It did not, however, disturb our sleep, despite the party guests hanging over the second floor balcony.

The management and staff were very friendly. It was very quiet at night considering you are near a major road. Great area with many restaurants. I also thought the people staying there were quite nice and everyone said hello to me

The room was nice and clean, all but shower curtain. Bed very comfortable. Quiet through the night. We stay here any time we come to the area. First time for these issues. Will definitely come back.

Shower curtain needed to be washed (someone else's hair on it). Child shoes left in drawer. No bath towels in room. Went to front desk only was able to get one towel for two people. She told me to come back later... I did no more towels available. Management needs to purchase more towels!

Excellent location closed to the university with all you need just around, supermarket, restos, bars, bus transportation. Price more than correct for a simple accomodation.

Locàtion

Building is crumbling and there was no phone in the room. I won't stay again. The elevator made a strange noise like it was about to break down. The property is badly in need of renovations!!!!

This hotel is clean, well-located close to I-475, and affordable on the slightly high side. Meaning it’s not inexpensive but also not ludicrous. The night desk man was efficient, friendly, competent and helpful. A real pro. The room was nice. Beds are good. Everything is clean. We left a nice tip. All n’ all a really solid stay for a night on the road.

Location - easy to find off of 475, on a quiet street (Executive Pkwy) and in the Westgate area.

Building is a little old, but rooms and lobby and grounds were very well maintained

I grew up in Toledo and when I come through on my drive across the country, I always stop there to visit friends and relatives. Because of the virus I am not staying with the friends and family. We have always traveled with dogs and the red roof Inn has always been very accepting of them. I get a good unit at the back, toward the grassy areas, so I can walk my dog. If you ask ahead of time and pay a little extra, you can get a room with a mini fridge, which I always need for the food in my cooler. It’s nothing fancy but it’s clean and updated and really, one of the only places in Toledo proper to stay.

There was nothing not to like.

The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. It was quiet and comfortable. Our dog is welcome. We stay here, when we come to town.

It could use some painting and updating...the grounds could use some work.

Our room 138 needs the bathroom ceiling redone and shower wall repaired. It's really too bad that guests who come in, in the middle of the night (1-2:30 am) aren't quieter.
