Hampton Inn & Suites Toledo/Westgate

Breakfast was nice and very organized. Location great lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The service was great both front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall great hotel we will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was diabetic friendly. Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. The price was very affordable .

Children were very loud and unsupervised in the pool. Children were not respectful of others using the pool. My special needs adult son was basically pushed into a corner and unable to swim due to almost being jumped on several times by kids and teens jumping into pool from the sides and screaming. Adults were not supervising them. No towels in the pool area. Had to bring towels from our room.

The staff was AMAZING! For the three I delt with for the 3 days they where wonderful! Remember where we where's from and returned a book we thought was left in the car. The staff returned it to her.

The pool was ice cold, and the hot tub wasn't even open. There was no chance to go visit a sister hotel in the area to swim either. The pull out sofa was very thin, so as a plus size person I could feel the bars that the mattress rested upon.

The staff was very professional, they treated all the guest with respect, which helped me and my family feel really comfortable.

Location is a little bit sketchy, but we felt comfortable and safe in the property. Sounded like a herd of elephants above us, and a yappy service dog next door, neither of which were the fault of the hotel. If we stayed here again, we’d request the top floor.

We liked the fitness center as well as the pool. Our room was huge and amazing, It fit our family of 5 perfect where we didn't eel like we were constantly bumping into each other. The staff was very nice and accomadating. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Breakfast. I know that there was a lot going on in the city that weekend with different events going on, but it was forever running out things. Maybe a waffle maker to help off set the staff making the eggs and sausage they had,

The location is in the center of restaurants and stores so you don't need to travel far for anything. Only a few miles from the zoo and the museum of art. The "pandemic" breakfast is much better than other hotels. They have a variety of muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, and you take what you want. Not just a grab bag on your way out the door with a granola bar and an apple. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are are clean, and beds are very comfortable. They even sanitize the remote.

The jets on the hot tub were broken but the water was still warm. There were no towels in the pool area and they don't tell you so you have to walk back down to the front desk to get them.

The queen suite is the best I've stayed in so far. There was so much space, and the beds were very comfortable. I can't wait until we can go back to regular breakfast instead of grab and go but I was happy with the grab and go selection.

The hot tub was roped off and the pool wasn't open very long, but we do understand with the current situation. Will be happy when things can go back to normal

Did not use the breakfast option, as we traveled to Toledo for a brunch event.

It would have been helpful for the clerk at check in to tell me that the rooms has no cups, due to a supply shortage. Discovery when we arrived at the room meant a trip back down to the desk to request some.

The beds are comfy, the room is clean. Breakfast still available (bag breakfast), while not many hotels do that during Covid-19. The staff are friendly.
