The place was great. Staff courteous, pleasant, polite, helpful.
Very pricey. Had a comparable stay at a Comfort Inn in PA at a cost of $119 total for the night vs $223 at Hampton. Found someone's hair tie on the floor (prior customer) and old soap in shower. Other than that, it was great. The food was mainly high carb, but there were eggs and sausage. Good coffee. But real cream would be a plus.

The staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful, staff provided toiletries forgotten by guest, extremely grateful. The room was huge compared to the photos online and very clean. The room was very comfortable. The location was easy to get to and close to the event we were attending.

Staff were all super friendly and greeting me each morning! Room was updated, spotless, and spacious. It's in a nice and quiet location right outside of the city which was perfect for me.
Everything was great! My only recommendations would be: 1) Replace the textured bedding to something smooth on the topside and 2) Put spare rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom (you have to request otherwise)

The staff was engaging and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was beyond excellent. The property was beautiful and well taken care of and the room was updated and comfortable.
The bathroom wasn’t cleaned to our liking. There were hairs in the sink and shower. Instead of asking for housekeeping or to switch rooms amid a pandemic, we bought cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom ourself just for peace of mind. It wasn’t a super big deal.

beautiful rooms, excellent staff, delicious breakfast although I couldn’t eat any due to upcoming surgery. lol.
when I pulled the bedspread down there was a finer cloth cleaning rag stuck to it. like they will do in the dryer. it was clean so it wasn’t a big deal just kind of shocking. the bedding was beautiful by the way.

The lady who helped us was super nice and helpful! She called her boss for us to help fix the matter of paying with cash! She was so so nice and helpful! Thanks again, was about to panic cause I was having surgery next morning

Easy to find and very clean. The staff was very nice and pleasant.
The only issue I had was I asked for the room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. Also I had to call for clean towels because the room wasn’t cleaned, but they bought them to my room within 10 minutes.
