Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites

Sonia, the front desk clerk, was very friendly, welcoming, and professional at check-in. The facilities were very clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of accessible parking and the are seemed to be safe. Breakfast selection was decent. I did not use the swimming pool, but it and the area looked very clean.

The couple at check out wasn’t as friendly. They were not rude or unfriendly… just didn’t seem to care if quests were there. Breakfast selection was decent; however, is advertised to be served 6:00-9:00 am and was pretty much fine when I was there at 7:30. There was a female worker sitting in the dining area, but she made no attempt to check or refill the missing offerings. I am pretty sure the two couples that came in after me had to ask that tings be refilled.

Nice big, comfortable and clean. Great walk-in shower. Loved the size of the room! The front desk mgr (Steve) was friendly and helpful.

At 6:20 am there was almost no food for breakfast. 5 of the 6 tables were occupied by construction workers (who were not hotel guests, but were doing an upgrade in the hotel much later in the morning), just sitting there on their phones. They obviously devoured all the food. Guests were carrying what little was available back to their rooms. The coffee pots next to the business center were empty. The morning front desk mgr seemed oblivious or uncaring, while focused on his cellphone. A guest pointed out the empty coffee pots, and empty hot food bins, but he shrugged it off. This was my only disappointment with the property

Exceptional location. Was very quiet despite being close to the highway. Close to shopping and restaurants… very good breakfast. Felt very safe at this location. Parking was excellent Staff was EXCEPTIONAL responding to our TV issues (prior occupants had most likely been playing games)… comfortable beds

Breakfast was decent..the room was comfortable and clean. Staff were pleasant and tried to help with any issues. The location was PERFECT for the reason for our visit. We travel to the city pretty much one weekend every other month to visit our daughter and I would probably stay here again because of the location alone.

I always request to be as close to ground floor as possible and we were on the top floor, couldn't be helped. Our wifi in the room was HORRIBLE! I could connect just fine in the lobby but the 3rd floor in our room not so much....VERY hit and miss...and MUCH more miss than hit. I finally just gave up trying to use my laptop by Saturday morning.

Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Room was very clean and spacious.

The room was comfortable, roomy, and sparkling clean. Every staff member was very customer focused and took great pride in their work. As a disabled solo traveler, I appreciated their care and concern in helping me with baggage too.

It was a little difficult to find due to the confusing nature of the highway signage, but that is not the hotel's fault. The parking is lot is relatively small. Others guests hoard the bell carts overnight. (There are only 2.)

The location was convenient and safe. The hotel was in good repair. The staff was very kind and helpful.

It was extremely hot in the corridors and common spaces. The pool is tiny and was in the hottest indoor pool room I’ve experienced. It’s like a sauna.

Feels like a safe area. Close to the areas we needed. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Clean and spacious bathroom. Coffee maker was not in the bathroom—- YES!! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good motel, no surprises. Indoor pool, fitness center and room as pictured and very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, no more.

Indoor pool was crowded, even a full birthday party with 15 people eating in it... Breakfast was not as diverse and abondant as on the pictures (no eggs, no bacon, no waffles). A bit far from the center, but that exolains the affordable price.
