Location was good. The whole place was nice and clean.

All was good. The only thing I could maybe try to complain about was the pool was cold. To other people it might of been perfect. None the less it didn't phase my kiddo. I was a wimp though and it was too cold for me but no big deal on my end as long as the kiddo enjoyed it.

everything! the staff was super friendly! nice and clean hotel and hotel rooms! open pool and hot tub. several restaurants in the parking lot. 10/10 would stay here again!

while my boyfriend and I were asleep, the fire alarm randomly went off in our room, and the front desk had called, and I asked whether or not it was drill or if something was wrong, the person rudely said no and hung up the phone on me.

The breakfast was ok but I wish there were more options to heat up things on our room. Offering plates would be nice. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice. The ability to turn on the fan for the air conditioner is great so we can drown out the noise in the hallways at night. The room was a good size and we loved having the microwave and fridge available to use.

The pool had some trash in it and some random towels left around. It don't think it was attended to well or very often. It would have been nice if the heat in the pool was turned up because it was pretty cold. We found jelly beans on the floor next to our bed which makes me think it was cleaned thoroughly.

Michelle was phenomenal!! She did her best to see we were comfortable.

We were there 5 days and had to continually ask for towels, etc. Until our final day housekeeping never checked on us to see if we needed anything.

The staff was very friendly also liked the bed very comfortable the hot tub was amazing,the window in my room opened it was nice to just open the window and look out also great safe location!

It was nothing the hotel did wrong it was how incredibly loud the pool was and barely any parent supervision we barely got to swim because the hot tub and pool was constantly full and the kids would leave all the doors open in the pool area for their friends that wasn't staying at the hotel to swim couldn't get any extra pillows the pool was cold

We loved all the hospitality at no extra charge! They absolutely went out of their way to accommodate! Steve helped us so much, and they allowed us to have our pet. We aren’t able to leave her because she has congestive heart failure! They let us have our little doggie and it was priceless to us! Thank you!!

Beds were not too comfortable but I am NOT complaining! They made up for it with hospitality and over the top help with everything.

The location was good. We were there only for one night. Close to several restaurants. Room was clean.

At some time the bathtub was re-grouted. Someone used a sanded grout instead of a latex grout. It was finger smeared all over the top of the bathtub, where it met the walls and the floor. It also had globs stuck on the side of the tub. I am not usually so picky but the edges catch dirt and made the tub look dirty and/or moldy.

It was clean and the bed was comfy. It was a good size room and a good price.

I didn't like that I had to change rooms because the 1st room wasn't what I booked. Also the pillows sucked and the breakfast was over at 9:30.

The location is great for getting to medical appointments. The free breakfast was a little sparse. Very helpful and pleasant gentleman at check in.

Cleaning person failed to empty coffee pod and remove someone’s dirty socks. I know that is minor but both gross me out.

All but one thing

My daughter tried on 3 separate occasions to purchase a beverage..... but the overnight staff (woman) was mia... this same one was not welcoming and lounged around like she was a quest, on her phone when she was seen. The rest of the staff was awesome.
