Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Northwest

i liked this hotel. it was clean, friendly, and comfortable. A great location for what we needed and very easy to get to.

We had room 109. my son is in a wheelchair. We normally don’t request a handicap accessible room, but this room was tiny and because of how it was set up, it was not possible to navigate the wheelchair into the main pet of the room. our fault for not requesting a specific room. but like i said, we normally don’t need one.

Location was great and the breakfast food was very good and the gentleman who prepared it was absolutely great! Very helpful, friendly and professional.

There isn't anything that needed change except maybe the front door. The sound when opening and closing was a very loud, screechy, rubbing metal sound. Made me nervous to walk through but no one else experienced my fear of being squished to death between the doors so I gained trust quickly.

Cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff was awesome. It was in the perfect location for the activities we were in the city for, surrounded by a large assortment of nice restaurants and Penn Square Mall is a very short drive away.

My only complaint about our stay was not being told about the bistro being closed until we were checking in ( we had reservations and nowhere on the booking site did it say it either. We had reserved a room and breakfast at said bistro only to find it was closed. Fortunately the nice lady at the front desk during check in took the price off for not having it open. We were told of a continental breakfast from 7-10 but when we went to the lobby for it the was only a few packs of oatmeal available and zero coffee

I ended up booking here after an initial reservation elsewhere (not through Booking.com) was a total disaster. My reservation was simple & easy to complete, and I arrived there about 35 minutes later to check in. The lady at the front desk was very nice & helpful. Room was extremely clean & comfortable. It was very quiet but welcoming & felt secure. Definitely a welcomed relief from the other property I came from 😅.

The staff wore smiles and were super friendly. The atmosphere was just very inviting.

I love the balcony and I appreciated the free water 😊

Near everything, restaurants shopping etc. beds are exceptional

Bedding. We’ve stayed here a number of times. Pillows are to puffy but most of all the bottom sheets are too small and each stay we have had continuously tuck it back in. Not just this time, always

It was in a great location. Friendly people.

The only thing that I didn’t care for was their carts. They only had two and they were very small.

The breakfast and coffee met the expectations of a pandemic experience. Sympathies to the business and staff that their full offerings are still limited.

There was a small problem with ants in the room, but other than that... the experience met expectations.

Air conditioning was not working properly

It took over 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower, started to cool back down after a few minutes
