Assessibility to town, being next to the hospital. I stay here when my mother is in the hospital. Their breakfast is top notch, and the bar is nice to settle down in the evening.

One elevator is working in the evening. Happened to be there at the same time as baseball teams, kids running everywhere. Usually, when I am here, it's a very professional setting, with limited children, maybe with families that are staying near the hospital. Usually, it's not an issue. Completely understand that this is not the hotels fault that people let their children run wild, but 20 people waiting on one elevator is not good. There was also a bachelor party going on, so the noise at the elevator was very, very loud. This is only happened this time when I have been staying here for years.

The interior of the place was inviting and visually appealing. The staff members were courteous, and professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Moreover, the location was superb, with close proximity to downtown and various shopping areas, making it a convenient choice for visitors.

The coffee brand had an unpleasantly sour taste. As someone who appreciates Arabica coffee, I found this particular brand to be quite disappointing. However, I must say that the standard packaged coffee provided in the room was acceptable in terms of taste.

The hotel is in a very central location! We went to Lake Hefner park one evening and then to the Boathouse District, Myriad Gardens, and the Wheeler District the next. Our room was nice and big and had a nice view of NW Expressway and south. The bed was comfy. I really liked the controls on the shower! They are located on the opposite end from the shower head so you don't have to get cold water on you when turning it on!! It's the small things... The breakfast buffet was very good.

The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast biscuits were too dry! Even gravy couldn't help...

The Hotel was spectacular. My room was very spacious, clean, comfortable beds as well as linens. The suite we had came equipped with large flat screen TV’s in both the sleeping quarters as well as in the main room of the suite. Just an observation made while traveling with my kiddo’s & memorable mention the quality of the sound barriers creating a quiet restful nights sleep for all of us. Our room has an amazing view of the entire city. Definitely served the needs of my family for the duration of our stay. The parking lot was well lit for nighttime arrivals and they had several different entrances, not to freight all have elevators.

The discourteous night clerk who checked us into the hotel. Embassy suites has always held a higher set of standards for their employees and it’s a shame that you can’t even get a recommendation for places to eat locally without putting out a lazy employee.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Fresh cooked to order eggs, omlets, pancakes, waffles, and French toast. In the evening we had dinner and drinks. Alejandra was amazing behind the bar, taking all drink and food orders, delivering all food and drink orders, and cleaning up during happy hour by herself, always smiling and pleasant with all! She definitely deserves a raise! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional!

This is nothing against the hotel service but I forgot a tablet in the room when I checked out and didn’t think of it until the evening and when I called to see if they had fount it they said no, not sure what happen to it just know it fell of the night stand and I forgot all about it.

We had stayed here on Halloween weekend and was very impressed so we decided to stay again. This time we tried a suite instead of the king room just to compare the two. The suite was just as fabulous as the king room. Beautiful decor, roomy, nicely appointed bathroom, etc.. The complimentary breakfast is fabulous! The options for breakfast are amazing - made to order omelets, waffles, pancakes, etc... The coffee bar has many options. I could go on but must include the friendly and accommodating staff in the restaurant. Always asking if we needed anything, picking up dishes... We have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Norman, OK on many occasions and this OKC location puts the Norman one to shame. Sidenote - I was a employee/member of the opening team for this hotel when it was a Marriott back in 1985. It was a happening place back then. We hosted many events, meetings, parties. Russell's, the bar at the time was the spot to be seen in OKC. So glad to see the property regain its life.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was cozy but big enough, beautiful, excellent view of the city. Quiet, comfortable bed, very clean. Breakfast was amazing! Eggs and omelets cooked to order and there were all kinds of other breakfast options, all delicious. Staff was friendly, worked hard, and the omelet cook was fun and made waiting for food easy. We wished we could have stayed longer! Definitely recommend.

The hotel has recently undergone a major renovation and it was done quite well. The free breakfast is outstanding and the personal at the hotel are quite hospitable. We have stayed here multiple times and it has become our hotel of choice in OKC. During peak hours the elevators are a little slow, but this was a minor inconvenience. The rooms are well laid out and clean. The beds are comfortable.

Elevators are slow during peak hours (breakfast/check out) otherwise no complaints.

Loved everything about this hotel. Embassy Suites has always been a great hotel to stay in but our experience this stay was nothing short of exceptional. Staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was amazing!! Room was so clean and nice furnishings. Pool was great and had great ventilation and not humid and muggy. The free drinks for adults at the bar was definitely a nice touch. Parking is free and even though you might have to park away from the front of the hotel entrance, there are plenty of other access points to the hotels that you can use of you have your room key...10 out of 10
