Aloft Oklahoma City Downtown – Bricktown

The pool area is really good and needed in the heat! The staff were really warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful. Exceptionally fitted with loads of space. Good parking facilities.

There was quite a bit of renovation work going on, which we weren't notified of beforehand, so the restaurant and half of the bar was shut. But, when finished, sure it will add even more value to the hotel. The over-mirror light didn't work, so check your room for faults first, and I'm sure they'd get sorted quickly

Very helpful staff. Pleasant room. Comfy bed. Good location to restaurants in Bricktown. Perfect for a business stay in OK City. Great little onsite bar with helpful bartender. Would stay again.

Problem with wi-fi connectivity in the room. The onsite manager was very helpful and offered to cover my mobile wif-fi charges if necessary.

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 1 night and drove to Broken Bow the next day. Although we got here pretty late in the night, we did enjoy our stay. We have both stayed here before and always love the fresh smell and beautiful decor. Our room was very nice and cozy. We didn't stay long but enjoyed our time and will come back.

Our sink was stopped up pretty badly and ended up overflowing onto the floor. (My husband left this running as he was using the restroom haha)

We didn't eat breakfast. The staff was amazing! The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Doors slamming! People when they would leave their room the doors slams starting as early as 5:30am.

The room was great, the service was good, the design, layout, and color coordination was very well done. I would stay here again - besides the elevator everything else was good

Those dam elevators - the building has 2 guest elevators for 6 floors and both of them takes a very long - long - long time for them to go from floor to floor - at the same time the elevator doors shut so fast there is not enough time for the first person to get into the elevator.

The employees were wonderful they fixed a situation that Booking.com could and apparently wouldn't fix!

The hotel said it had a roof top and it didn't they also said they had a bar and didn't. Aloft and Booking.com I hold accountable update your info...ASAP plz and thank you!✌🏾

Check in was easy, girls at the front desk were nice and helpful at all times. Room was clean and decent. However bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but that's just my preference. Pool was a nice touch and it was open until 11 pm :) Loved refreshing flavored waters by the elevators! Lots of places in walking distance as well as Bricktown. I would stay here again.

Parking definitely could be included in your stay! And gym room was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to hot, I wasn't even 5 mins on the treadmill but sweating like I am running a marathon lol

Room had modern aesthetics. Additionally, I liked the common areas vibe and look. Lastly, the staff were exceptional in customer service as well as respectful to individual wants and wishes. Thank you! I like this hotel, much better than Hilton which I've been accustom to for many years!

The entrance/common area needed some vacumming, along the stairs.

I like the room layouts and showers. Also, the various available amenities (i.e. bar, laundry, workout room, on-site parking) and the location.

The pool was outdoors & wasn't heated. Also, it would have been nice if there were hot tub amenities available.

The location was perfect. Everything was walking distance. Rooms were overall pretty clean

Our tv wasn’t working so we had to switch rooms which was a little annoying but staff was helpful
