They had a working pool and workout room the bathrooms were so nice. The two workers who checked us in Friday evening around 7:30 were so friendly and informative

The last night of my stay there was this heavyset African American woman who had a bad attitude. I didn’t know that the pool was closed due to an approaching storm so I asked her if there was a specific key to unlock the pool and she rudely answered my question and asked if there was anything else I needed she didn’t have great customer service

Breakfast was horrible and I only say this because I saw the kitchen man use his bare hands to restock the sweets! Another down was, checkout was at 11 but I was woken up at 8ish am with bangs at the door(woke my kids up scared), only to ask if I’m checking out today! They should know. Then even when I said yes at 11 she came back two other times before 10am!

Chauncey at the front desk! Dude was so awesome. I’ve never been treated with such hospitality from a hotel staff member in my life. The guy cares like he owns the place! He needs a raise AND a promotion! The hotel itself was surprisingly clean and nice. Pool was clean, hot tub was just barely warm but no big deal. Bed was comfortable and shower was VERY nice

The location was perfect. The room was clean. The employee that checked me in, Chauncey, was very helpful and friendly! This was a perfect pet friendly location for me and my dog.

I didn't like that the toilet did not have a lid, the seat was also not attached right or didn't fit properly. There was only shampoo and a bar soap (no conditioner or lotion) in the restroom. I'm not sure if that was an oversight.

After a disappointing hotel experience the night before, we were so happy to pull into a a sparkling new hotel. The check in was seamless, the room well appointed and there was the added the bonus of an amazing bar to watch the World Series right next door! Sadly there were guest who arrived, with children, in the middle of the night (somewhere between 3-5 am) whose voices carried through the hallway walls and woke us up out of a deep sleep.

The room was very clean and neat. For the most part, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The location was good, had we been there longer, we would have eaten at some of the restaurants nearby. We were grateful for pet friendliness. There was no extra charge for our service dog in training.

The breakfast could have included more. There was not good meat choices. Also, and this is the main issue, our room did not have toiletries. We had brought our own, fortunately.

The king suit was amazing for the price. The room was clean and well taken care of.

We were woken up very early by the fire alarms blaring. Apparently they have/had a faulty fire alarm system. It went off several times during our stay, so we did not get much sleep nor compensation for.

No breakfast. They had protein bar and little cup of fruit not fresh. Box juice . Not good flavors.

Fresh fruit. Fresh muffins. Juice not in a box.

Breakfast was good and very much appreciated. The night I checked in the night I checked in concierge was not very friendly appeared to not want to be bothered

The grounds was not cleaned, trees and bushes needed trimmed and lots of debris and ants. But very beautiful scenery

Chauncey was friendly and thorough on check in guidelines and enjoyed meeting my traveling companion BamBam a border collie mix.Great location and dog friendly with a dog park area behind the hotel with benches for relaxing.

I have nothing negative to bring up other than dog owners not picking up their dog’s poop in the dog area.Bags and a trash can are provided by the benches,I guess laziness and irresponsible dog ownership occurs everywhere.
