Hampton Inn and Suites Pauls Valley

This Hampton was amazing, it was very clean, looked newer and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I was meeting my mom in Paul’s Valley and we had plans to go do something’s the day after our stay. I called the property a few days before we were to arrive to see if we could get adjoining rooms. since I was bringing my kids this would just make things easier. I spoke to Chrissy I believe was her name, she was so friendly and accommodating. she told me she was able to set up our rooms like that and included a note not to change it. She did however tell me that it was not guaranteed. We were able to get the adjoining rooms, which was so awesome and my toddler loved getting to just go back and forth between our room and MiMi’s room. The gentleman (sorry didn’t catch his name) that checked us in was so kind. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. when I inquired about pizza delivery he even gave me recommendation on what he thought was the best offered. My room was a double queen. It was spacious enough for us to move around and I was able to set up a pack n play between the beds for baby. The. bathroom was very nice, I loved the countertops and it had a small shelf above to sink area. The door was a slider between the bathroom and closet, very cool and modern. My mom’s room was bigger and she had a king bed. She ended up in a handicap accessible room, so it was very spacious. things were out at a lower level and her shower area had the bars and a seat. They were serving a full breakfast, the morning we were there had scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and biscuits. They also had waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit (apples) and yogurt. They even had bit chocolate packets by the coffee which my eldest loved. Your normal juice choices and white 2% milk. It was good your typical hotel breakfast. Very nice comfortable dining area. It was also very clean and there was an attendant walking around cleaning the counters and such.

The sliding bathroom door was super cool, only downside it didn’t lock. With a 3 yr old that means no privacy at all.

Very clean! We used the fitness room and pool too. We love their breakfast area. Roomy and very clean.

They were doing some restoration to the stucco siding and had lots of scaffolding around the building. We couldn’t see out our window but realize they need to do upkeep. It’s a beautiful hotel and we stop there on our way to see our family twice a year. We love it. Hampton Inns are our favorite. Consist quality.

Everything great breakfast , quiet, very friendly staff!

Construction on the front of the hotel was a little noisey but not that bad. Was not described in our search for a room, and usually in these cases its a pain, but not this time.

location and good mattresses and great pillows

the sanitizer you used on the floors make the floors sticky. I hate the dirt that then sticks and tracks all over. it feels terrible on bare feet.

Breakfast was what it was considering it was cold. Room was clean and excellent amenities for the price.

The business center was a joke. The computers were so out of date as to be literally unusable. And cybersecurity was more or less non existent. Malwarebytes had not been run in 662 days and the latest version was unavailable. Mainstream websites were not able to run due to antiquated OS.

I believe her name was Mary and she was on shift until 11pm. She was wonderful and so nice!

I enjoyed my stay, just feel the hotel was over priced.

Comfortable, reasonably price and fairly low decibel levels from normal customers.

Mattress wasn’t like home, but mattress comfort is mostly subjective versus objective.

Everything good breakfast on-site and in person very different I wasn't charged any hidden fees!! Over all great dtay

The breakfast was scarce but good. The location was in the right area.

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. We were a little disappointed. We expected there'd be a full breakfast bar. There was little to choose from.

Quiet. Cozy. Pool was nice. Breakfast limited due to covid.
