Hampton Inn & Suites Stillwater

Very nice facility within walking distance of some restaurants.

The morning clerk was very rude. I asked about Hilton Honors and was told there are no points unless I book with them..I asked what rate would be and he said he couldn't tell me. I asked what rate would be if stayed another night and he said it would depend upon availability.. A man approached the desk but stood back waiting for me to finish and this rude desk clerk called him forward, simply ignoring me. I asked if he was going to ignore me. And he did so i left with a bad impression of him and this hotel. One person can ruin a business. If they don't want us to book online, then don't list the hotel on line.

Everything was clean and in good working order. The shower water pressure was amazing-best hotel shower EVER! There was complimentary coffee in the hall common area that was delicious! The staff was superb!

No complaints at all except that the parking lot is adjacent to walmart parking and people zipped through the parking lot to avoid traffic signals.

Overall the facility was great except for the following about our bed and the staff-person who we spoke to about it.

The bed was hard and it was like sleeping on a rock. we told the man at the front desk and he was dismissive and rude. His attitude was like he didn’t care and that we could always checkout and find somewhere else to stay.

The hot tub was luke warm and 1/2 full with water. I asked the desk attendant if they could turn up the temperature and fill with water so the jets would work properly. He said the maintenance guy was not working the weekend but he would make some calls. It was not fixed and could not enjoy the hot tub.

The facility was very warm , clean and inviting and very comfortable. Bathroom was very updated and the room was clean and comfy, it was so quiet it felt like we were home . If given a chance we will stay again 👍

Nothing the staff was outstanding and place was so very nice .

Desk staff was great and accommodations were as we expected which is why I always pick Hampton.

Housekeeping banged on the door at 8:30. We were staying one night and got in late. Normally, they wait until you check out and don't bother you. We didn't put the sign on the door but didn't think it was necessary with a one night reservation.

Love the rustic, old world feel of the facilities lobby. Love the OSU theme.

Why in the world would you have the lovely pool covered? It's beautiful to look at even if not open. It's also Spring, so I am confused as to why it's closed. Even with the pandemic - all club pools are open.

Shower head was broken but was fixed when I came back from being out. Wonderful breakfast. Clean rooms. Quiet.

Great breakfast - the best I've ever had at a hotel. Plus, clean and comfy rooms. I will be staying here again!

My only complaint was housekeeping banging on my door at 8:30 in the morning when i had the do not disturb sign on my door. They woke me up. I was there to sleep in and relax and not be bothered.
