The check-in experience was wonderful. The parking was plentiful. The room had everything we needed and then some. The set-up of the room with the closet, storage, table/desk area, sofa-bed area, and kitchen area was wonderful. It was a full kitchen so we were able to save some money on eating out. Everything we needed was in the room - extra pillows, blankets, dishes, etc. The bath towels, bedding and pillows were soft and comfortable. Access to the room floors was limited through the requirement of a room key-card to reach them, which was a nice touch. Checking out was quick and easy, and I absolutely love the environmentalism concept throughout the hotel!

I cannot think of anything that would have made the stay any more enjoyable.

The location is good .you can have access to main campus of OSU in less than 5 min. The breakfast is good.

The receptionist (the morning fellow) did not behave well. She was very impatient and did not answer the questions properly. Because of this issue, I will not choose this hotel for the second time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We loved the rooms and what a good fit they were for our family. The breakfast was yummy and had lots of variety. Check out was a breeze. We will definitely be returning!

The pool was closed during our stay due to repairs. Fortunately, we were able to swim at the local YMCA instead. There were some clothes in our room's dresser, but one of the staff came to remove it for us.

The carpet is a bit tatty. Some little things look great from a design standpoint but function not so much. Ex: cool paper towel rack except paper towel roll goes flying when you try to pull off sheet

We did not go for breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning so we did not have time to enjoy the pool or fitness room. The room was clean, good size, beds were comfy, there was a kitchenette with big fridge, microwave, sink and dishwasher.

We stayed in a two queen beds suite so with a sofa. The sofa was not clean and even a little smelly. That is the only thing I did not like. All the rest was great.

Home Suites was amazing. Booking.com is the worst.

I could've just booked with the hotel. But instead I used booking.com. I will never use booking.com again. Just horrible people, horrible customer service just unpleasant

The room was spacious, clean and inviting. Loved the desk set up and long counters. We wanted to stay longer just to enjoy the comforting environment. Best take-and-go breakfast I have experienced since COVID.

Our only issue was the accidental double charge that was corrected with a quick phone call.

Breakfast was still "grab & go", it was OK, needed more fruit selections. Room was large, plenty of storage. Kitchen area was nice with dishes, utensils, etc. Did have a dishwasher - didn't use.

The dishwasher looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. It was dirty around the edges (on the inside) and it looked like the "soap tablet" slot didn't get rinsed out with the water. Didn't use.

To clean the room, you need to request that a day before and to be specific what exactly you want!!!!

I've stayed here many times with my husband and pet. Same staff and cleaning staff and all of them are the nicest people on earth. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Stillwater.
