Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Medford-Central Point, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast is amazing. They serve cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, and a variety of items. Coffee/tea is available all day long. I loved it. The room and lobby were very clean, and the staff are friendly. We couldn't hear any guests on either side of us, so the sound proofing is great. Overall, it's a pretty nice hotel.

The pool and hot tub are located in an enclosed room with no ventilation. We had to prop the door open to get some fresh air because the chlorine smell was too strong. It's good for a quick soak in the hot tub, but not the most enjoyable experience.

Breakfast was very good, well cooked and the staff was great. Food was always full and prepared well. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Located near food and freeway.

The hot tub and pool area was not great. The hot tub had a green colored muck around the outside of it where you put your hands/arms and the inside of the hot tub was a very dark green color and it was way too hot. Also, the door locks were frustrating as they rarely opened on the first try, had to get a new key and then that did not work either at times.

Awesome customer service, checking in was easy. Our room was right next to the pool! Nice and clean rooms, cup of coffee with creamer, strawberry water and lemon and cucumber water available in the lobby. OMG was that good! Quiet and right off the I-5, super easy location to find. Nice Hot tub in the morning, then a full breakfast, coffee, milk, eggs, sausage, omelettes, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls...yummy. I left satisfied for my drive home,

The breakfast was great, lots of choices. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Front desk check-in and service was excellent. Very nice staff. The area has a few fast food restaurants, couple of them within walking distance but many were short staffed. Not their fault, just need patience is all. This hotel is next to a truck stop so be aware of truckers parking all over the place. I didnt mind them at all but just an observation. Overall a good stay and would stay here again if in the area.

Nothing to complain about.

The night check-in clerk, Mika, was absolutely fantastic. They were pleasant and professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. They were there both nights that I was there and were extremely helpful when my key demagnetized during the day.

The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, but that was okay with me. I might have liked to use them but they were just a bonus for my trip.

The coffee maker in the room was excellent and the size of the mini-fridge was perfect for storing drinks and some food. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. My husband really liked having a treadmill available.

It wasn't obvious in the description that there would be no housekeeping on Sundays. Not a big deal (towels and supplies were available at the front desk, but it was a surprise.

The breakfast was more than we expected. Thank you!! The staff attentive to us and asked if we needed a crib which was very helpful. With a very active 3 year old, a couch would have been a great addition. When the air/heat system stopped working a staff member came to check it out. Couldn't fix it and brought us a fan (tho very dusty). We were very thankful for the fan!

We didn't like that the air/heat system failed on our second night.

Spacey and convenient. Clean. Interior decoration was nice. Didn’t have a chance to use extra facilities since I was so busy during our stay. Bed was very comfortable.

Would be nice for some trailer parking on the property, it got a little crowded Saturday night. This is just luck of the draw I’m sure, but we had a child in the room above us that was running around and jumping until 11pm when we had to wake up early. It was so loud and kept us awake. Personally for my experience I over paid but I guess that’s just how it is sometimes

It was about what I expected. Mostly ate fruit and yogurt. Not really comfortable sharing ladies (oatmeal) and other utensils.

Surrounding environment. Like a semi truck hub with frequent loud noise. Made sleep difficult. Wouldn't have even considered taking a walk in that environment. Traffic issues.

The location, the price, the staff, were all great and everything was so clean! Breakfast was also exceptional, with options for everyone.

Our only flaw was the uncomfortable beds. It wasn’t the worst we’ve stayed on, and they were quiet and not creaky/springy, but we didn’t get much sleep unfortunately. We were also in a suite right by the entrance so the sound in the morning was VERY loud from people leaving and eating.
