Best Western Crater Lake Highway White City/Medford

My husband,myself and our teenage son enjoyed our peaceful stay. We had all that we needed. We enjoyed the Waffles and Biscuits and gravy breakfast. Pool & Spa was open. The coffee was good and always available in the lobby. The beds were comfy.

Do to Covid no daily room refresh for the garbages and fresh towels which the check in guy at the front desk did not mention. Infact he did not give any additional information about breakfast or the pool and spa. We had to go ask for fresh towels. Also the pool was not stocked well with towels I saw several people leave the pool without towels soaking wet headed for the elevator (slipping hazard.)

Had a large corner room with a lovely view and strong air conditioning! It's the same breakfast you'll see at most Best Westerns, with powdered eggs, little sausages, and make your own waffles — but there's real milk to put in your coffee. There are fast food and other restaurants within walking distance and a Grocery Outlet if you need to do a little provisioning.

Good breakfast--starting at 5:30AM. Glad to see it back after the covid fiasco. Great location for our needs. Quiet, comfy bed and GREAT staff. Our room was on the third floor in a corner, and the Wi-Fi was still OK.

No real complaints. Property is showing some wear, but everything worked. Elevator was a bit annoying--it re-defined S-L-O-W.

The Breakfast was wonderful, Full Breakfast with Biscuit's and gravy, Bacon, Sausage, scrambled eggs, milk, orange juice etc. It was really close to the VA and easy access to Hwy 140. We had a wonderful stay. We had to Drive over early in the morning from Klamath falls and my husband was testing all morning at the Hospital and was exhausted and we were able to get in our room a little early which was nice. The lady Kelly at the front desk was great and the rest of the staff was very helpful. We like to stay there when we travel to White City / Medford.

I was thinking about the Hot Tub and how nice it would be to relax in it but it was out of order when we were there. But the pool was nice.

The pool was nice and warm and breakfast was pretty good. The beds were comfy too. The view of mountain couldn't have been better and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave.

The couch was not cleaned very well as there were wrappers for THC gummies in the couch. Otherwise. The room was pretty clean.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool, fitness center, hot breakfast, staff and beds were comfy! Also, it was great having the bathroom separate plus an additional sink in the room!

There was a little debris on the floor in the elevator upon arrival and it lagged on wait time, but otherwise your typical elevator. Unfortunately, the only ice machine accessible was down on the first floor.

This was a great hotel for my stay. It is pet friendly with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast. My room was very clean. Staff were friendly when my key card decided to stop working. I would stay again.

Neighborhood isn't really walkable.

It's a pet friendly hotel. The room was nice and clean, and so was the bathroom. I found it very affordable. I will likely stay there again.

The places where you can take your pet are kind of small. So if there is more than one pet in there at a time, it's a little iffy. .

Easy to get to what I needed. Indoor pool,gym and breakfast . The staff was so nice and helpful. Brittany was cheerful ,friendly and helpful . Setting our day off in a great way

Ice machine on the second floor didn’t work. But we worked around it

It was clean and in a good location for our purpose.

We had two rooms and paid extra for a room with a folding couch to accommodate the family. However, the couch didn’t pull out so all the extra we pod was for nothing. That was a bit of disappointment
