Breakfast was very good, location was great, close freeway and shopping but was still nice and quiet.

Needs a hot tub

Everything was wonderful. First, the location was secure and all staff was friendly. Price was reasonable. definitely our best hotel stay ever.

Restaurant menu was mostly deep fried food, which was good but for an extended stay it would have been nice to have delivered food in the inside common area. I understand the policy but if we were to buy drinks at the bar and eat our own food it would have been a huge plus and the property would have earned more, at least from us. Not a big deal, but just something a little better.

The corn hole game set ups were wonderful for our 3 year old to burn off steam. Enjoyed the in room coffee the most. Complimentary continental breakfast was nice, limited, but simple. The dining area was very airy and quiet like a resort. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was great since it has an actual door separating it from the rest of the room (drives us crazy when hotels do NOT do that).

Shower didn't have a door so it was cold. Coffee at breakfast was not good at all, so we went to the snack bar and our room, which was way better. AC/heater unit doesn't allow the fan to just be on, so it constantly loudly just kicks on and off to keep at the set temperature without the humm of a fan to hide it.

We stopped at the Compass in Medford to sleep for the night after being in the car for 14 hours. We were amazed at how clean and welcoming it was from the start. Our room has a generous amount of space and was very clean and up to date. The pool, work out room and lobby were so spacious and welcoming. We enjoyed the warm breakfast buffet in the morning. It was delicious and offered so many options. The whole place give off the vacation/resort feel. It was the perfect place for us to stop for the night and relax. My family definitely did not want to leave when it was time. We surely plan to make a trip to the area again just to stay at the Compass.

This is a hotel that fancies itself as a resort. Upscale hotel with nice facilities and pool, cafe/bar at the pool (the drinks and food was not overpriced), lovely scenery, very comfortable beds and rooms. A very nice hotel. Very new. Great breakfast!

Beware that they add a "resort fee" when it isn't really a resort because there aren't the amenities you would expect at a resort. When I asked what the "resort fee" was for, the person at the desk could not give an answer. If you're only looking for a hotel for 1 night, you might want to select another one to avoid these unnecessary fees.

I got in after 9 pm and was greeted immediately. I liked that they had a restaurant and lots of free parking. My room was great and they went out of their way to ensure I had non-feather pillows. The staff was so friendly which was nice after a long drive in bad traffic. I was super tired so I didn't get to enjoy the pool or other amenities but I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was also wonderful with lots of choices in a lovely restaurant setting.

Honestly, my only complaint would be the powdered creamer for the in-room coffee. I would expect real creamers since the room was so comfortable and well-appointed.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d have appreciated an itemized printout of my charges though. I was told it would be emailed, which didn’t happen.

Not getting an itemized printout of my stay when I requested one. I travel frequently & have never been refused one before. Also, since I reserved 2 rooms on the same reservation, I would have appreciated clear information that $100 would be held for EACH room in addition to the room charges. I understand this is for possible incidentals, but I always pay for those separately; since there was so much held instead of just one, I didn’t spend any additional money at this location.

The breakfast was very good for a hotel buffet, with scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruits and breakfast meats. Coffee was OK but not self serve, we had to cast around for a staff member. Same thing when we wanted to get a second cup, but we did get it. There was self serve coffee in the lobby, but we were being fussy and went to dining area so we could have it in ceramic rather than paper cups. Maybe they had problems with errant coffee cups, or ? Next time we will bring in our own coffee cups and will be able to relax more with cupajoe before breakfast

All considered it was a lovely room and very comfortable. The whole Margaritaville theme in the lobby and more public areas was a bit much for my tastes, but the rooms were spacious calm and clean.

Just about everything. The property is clean and well appointed. The employees are friendly and seem to be happy with their positions. We actually really love the bar and restaurant and had fun imagining the summer experience as we watched steam roll off the swimming pool - we might have been tempted out by a hot tub. The rooms are small but comfortable and we liked the mattress. Bathroom is very clean and well appointed. Room has a small refrigerator and the water is complimentary!!!!!! Morning breakfast has a number of choices which are prepared in the restaurant kitchen rather than a microwave. Includes fresh fruit choices, and an awesome toast and bagel station. The provisions corner is quite cute ( and spendy) but I was able to get cold medicine and really jonesed for the parrot head umbrella's. If we had a Margarittaville closer to home we might consider being residents - no kidding!

It's a little weird location - but not scary - and if you love bowling or golf you'd think the location devine!

This place is fabulous! This is a busy place but in a good way! from hanging out in the lobby and the restaurant to in warmer weather accessing the outside area where the pool is, lots of outdoor seating, cabanas, cornhole, jenga and lots of room to just hang out! Lobby was so inviting and the front desk was very kind and helpful! They have plenty of seating and fun chairs to sit in. There was complimentary drinks, water and yummy finger foods. The Provision center was nicely stalked with snacks, drinks or the things we may have forgotten along side some fun souvenirs. The restaurant is conveniently located off the lobby with the bar in the back, lots of seating and the staff was so great and the food was very tasty! We stayed in the family room that has bunk beds which were roomy and two doubles - perfect for teens! Our room was clean. There isn’t a microwave which is fine because we didn’t need one but does have a fridge, coffee pot and bottled water.. also, the price of this room for one night was under $200 before any fees. a room with 4 beds in a hotel that has lots of amenities? Perfect! The fitness center was very clean and has excellent selection of equipment to utilize for all types of workouts. Complimentary Buffett breakfast with hours that make sense! doesn’t close until 10:00 - we didn’t miss it! The food selection was perfect and plenty to chose from regardless how one’s diet or picky teens! Food was really good too. Location is great! Lots of shops and other restaurants near by as well as next parking lot over is a bowling alley! Just a hop and a skip over for some fun! Also, for the sports parents and kids… right by US Cellular Park (come on soccer season!) WE WILL BE BACK!
