Holiday Inn Express Pendleton, an IHG Hotel

Friendly Staff, Clean, fridge in room, cold A/C, and Breakfast was really good selection and great quality 6am-9am nice that it went longer so you could sleep in a little longer. (Will happily pay the extra to stay here over the Super 8 across the street)

Not a lot of insulation between floors so kinda loud or just had elephants staying above us but wouldn't keep me from staying there again.

View was gorgeous. Breakfast was varied with lots of options. Clean room, clean pool!

My main difficulty when I stay at hotels is I can’t eat gluten. More gluten free pastry or bread/bagel options available (even just upon request) would be amazing. Or a list of items that don’t contain gluten. Often I’m sure I avoid things (like sausage) that are probably safe, but I can’t take a chance. If it was labeled gluten free I would feel more comfortable eating more.

It is bright and clean. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Wide selection for breakfast, satisfying for both adults and children. there is an indoor pool which opens till 10pm but sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy.

nothing. probably just short of 1 towel in the room for 4. could have easily requested for one.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very cheery and helpful. Lots of room to sit and a great view. Our room was clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were very helpful when getting our toddler to sleep. The pool was a great way to unwind after a long day in the car. Everything was wonderful.

It was very quiet and the air conditioning was amazing to have and made the room very pleasant while sleeping.

I really like the black out blinds because I like my room dark while sleeping and it allowed me to sleep in without having the light come through.

Pool access and super comfy beds. Black out curtains were super effective and they let us check out an hour later.

Breakfast tasted like ass even with the crazy variety and the walls are super thin, we had our kids but could hear everyone elses and their tvs.

Clean, Best Breakfast of all the Holiday Inn Express Hotels we stayed in (3) during our vacation. Check in worker was also doing the laundry and a very busy person! Location was just right for our travel and easy to get to as well as being within walking distance to a good restaurant. On our list for next trip through! Great light stopping window coverings!!!!!

Compared with all 5 hotels we stayed in, we finding nothing to report here!

Only there for one night on our way to the next stop but the hotel was nice, and the guy checking us in was great. We got there a little after the pool closed and my 11yo son asked the host if the pool was still open. He said it was “technically” closed but he would drag his feet locking it up. We got to swim for as long as we wanted and my son was in heaven! I’d definitely stay there again!

In spite of COVID, this hotel offered a great free breakfast! They had scrambled eggs and sausage along with other items and nice hot coffee. They really made the effort to provide breakfast! Something I have not seen for over a year. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the location was very handy for traveling on I-84.

Everything was just great! No complaints, only compliments and a good experience.

The beds were amazing, the location fantastic, close to delicious Abby's pizza, friendly staff, breakfast options are limited especially being gluten free BUT it is so nice to even see they provide options we can have. We only stayed one night but kind of wished it would have been more. This was a great start to feeling like we were on vacation. P.S. the coffee was not great. Needed to stop at good ol' Starbucks
