Comfort Inn & Suites Hermiston

The hotel was in a great location for the events we were in town to attend. I read other reviews where people complained about the noise. We never experienced that. Neighbors weren't noisy and we did not hear any of the freeway traffic. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean.

My only complaint would be that updating the lighting over the bathroom sink or at least one of the mirrors. It was challenging putting on makeup in such dim light. But this is a minor thing.

The location was good with services close by (food and gas). The room was comfortable and they are pet friendly.

Construction and renovations were going on so there was a bit of a mess on the grounds. There was also a large group of workers? Guests? IDK, but they were hanging outside in the back drinking beers for a while into the evening.

Breakfast was really good. Lots of options, especially having hard-boiled eggs available. I have a dairy allergy and most of the motels don't provide hard-boiled eggs, so my choice is usually oatmeal in the microwave and fresh fruit. Nice pet area.

Like everything else it's all getting more expensive. Can't afford $200/night very often.....

Breakfast was very good. Staff was pleasant. Laundry facility was inexpensive.

We were in a handicapped room and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to hold the water back from the shower. We had to use lots of the towels to mop it up.

location we’re traveling great location right off interstate 84. Gas station and convince store in adjoining parking lot. Lots of pillows on bed. Tub super deep

No food close by open at 8:25 pm the closest was closed though the staff at hotel was surprised they were closed said suppose to be open to 10 pm.

This was rated as a two star hotel but it should be three stars. It’s reasonably new and nicely appointed. They handled breakfast in the COVID era by staggering the pick up times. Lots of breakfast items in the bag. Nice room.

Coming from the west on I-84 their GPS directs you north on I-82, then east through Hermiston until you’re out of town. The hotel is actually just off I-84 about two miles east of the I-82 junction. After four hours of high winds, blowing snow, and icy roads we didn’t appreciate having to spend an extra half hour driving 15 or 20 miles out of the way through more snow to get to our room. I should have just followed my nose! I didn’t think there was a hotel at the northeast corner of town, as far away from the interstates as you can get.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of choices. Room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Very happy with our stay. Will be back.

The inn was unable to find my booking. Either by my name or confirmation #. Luckily I was able to still get a room. Never had this happen before on any of my bookings. Must admit, A bit disappointing.

Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and appreciated the 6 am to 10 pm hours. The comfort of the bed with the type of pillows and sheets was really great. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room decor was a little outdated.

We got great restaurant suggestions from the front desk. All restaurants were downtown in Hermiston. We tried it and were very pleased, but wish there was something closer to the hotel.

Staff were always kind and helpful. Totally would stay there again. Even with to adults and two kids the room was decent for us.

The pool needs to be upgraded. The pool stairs were crumbling and on the bottom floor. Sigh
