My bed was comfortable. I had hot water. Everything in the room was good. The front desk lady was very pleasant and looked after our needs. The front lobby was abit cold,like the heat wasn't on.
The front lobby was lacking in heat and the next day it was abit chilly. Breakfast wasn't like other Hampton hotels I stayed in. It was lacking food like hot eggs,sausage. My daughter wasn't impressed, I thought it was odd. Other Hampton hotels was always amazing Breakfast. That's why I stay with this company hotel. The Breakfast, soft beds etc.

Not to Jack the prices up when there is a big event in town. I looked at the prices before the big event and the prices for next week lol and they they are very much lower than what I paid due to a big event in town this weekend.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The layout of the room was new to me. The lighting was great. Very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff was very nice. The room was warm when I got there which was nice as it was -5 degrees when I booked my stay.

I specifically chose the Hampton for the continental breakfast, as I was there for a bodybuilding competition and it was extremely important that I had an in-house full breakfast at my disposal. I realize that covid is a big issue right now, but really? If you are going to reduce the breakfast to just a bagel, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, and a few other items, then you need to let your customers know in advance of coming, not when they arrive. Also, if you aren't going to offer the same amenities, then your price per night should reflect that instead of offering less and charging the same amount. I was beyond disappointed.

Everyone was welcoming. Even though there were 3 weddings there the day we arrived and we had nothing to do with any of them, we were welcomed and taken care of well. We will be back.
