Convenient location to stores & restaurants. Beautiful lobby and very welcoming & accommodating staff. Much thought was put into the design and layout of the room, as it had most everything available that a traveler could need ~ including kitchen area. Rooms were very clean and the persons who performed the cleaning were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided each morning was excellent, as well as the person(s) who managed the kitchen. Loved the variety of foods offered, especially because healthy, low-fat, vegan options were available (plenty of sweets, eggs, waffles, etc. for others). We especially loved the fresh berries, hot oatmeal and the array of toppings. It was so nice to feel good after eating breakfast! The outside seating for guests was outstanding and very appreciated.

Because this property is located in such a convenient location, the traffic is unavoidable.

The building was well located, the staff were kind and helpful, the pool was great, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room was well appointed, the channels were nice, the other guests were spaced out so it stayed quiet.

We had to ask for the extra pillows and blankets for the pull out as the one there on arrival had been put away after being used and had hair on them. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. There were dishes in the dishwasher and we weren’t sure if it had been run so had to run it again.

Great location, great room-included anything that could be needed. Only one complaint I had about the room, but I brought it up to the front desk and they took care of it immediately. I was very pleased with the customer service.

Key card lights were a bit confusing. Breakfast was a bit lackluster, compared to the breakfast at home2’s prior to the pandemic. Not sure when they changed, but it was something I raced about to friends, previously. Was still ok, but not what I expected.

I loved the spacious room with its portable table on wheels, fantastic counter, drawer and cabinet space that allowed me to put away everything alleviating any clutter. The shower was great with warm water and strong pressure. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave sink, counter space and dish washer. The outside area was lovely, especially the fire pit surrounded with enough seating for about 20 people. The staff were friendly and helpful.

More detail to cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom would be great and supplies should be replenished with new guest check in. Examples: I cleaned the counter, tray and inside of refrigerator in the kitchen. The drain stopper was plugged up in the bathroom sink and I semi-cleaned it. I needed to call Guest Services to get paper towel replaced in kitchen and soap and shampoo in the dispensers in the shower. I suspect that some things may have been overlooked because there was no daily housekeeping performed in the occupied rooms (probably due to Covid precautions).

Home2 had everything we needed for a family overnight. Plenty of space in the room for all our gear. Convenient, safe location with easy on/off from the interstate. Lots of food and shopping options within minutes (some within walking distance just across the street)

Everything. Location is convenient to anything a traveller might need! Front desk was very accommodating (thank you Stacie and Jonathan!). Best breakfast selections I’ve ever seen at a hotel - shout out to the kitchen manager.

Pretty busy traffic and roundabout chaos, but comes with the convenience of stores and restaurants nearby.

I went by other reviews and they were all good. I was very impressed with the cleanliness as soon as you walk into hotel. I knew if the lobby was clean the room wouldn’t disappoint. The elevator was also nice, you had to have a room key to get up to the floors. We entered the room (our grandsons had never stayed in a hotel like this before) It was like walking into our own home. I was really surprised myself at the size of the room and how clean it was. The kitchenette is great. Full size microwave, the dishwasher, the large refrigerator. I couldn’t believe how clean everything was. And trust me I looked. I kept saying to myself “they’re has got to be something they missed” but I can assure there was nothing missed. The laundry area was great so we didn’t have to travel back home with days of dirty clothes. And again it was clean. I can go on and on about how impressed I am about the cleanliness. So if you are in doubt about staying here don’t be. This is the best place I’ve stayed in my travels. And Sam was great. He was very helpful and went above and beyond helping us with anything we needed.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Great location for easy access to major roads. Nice variety of foods for breakfast. Many restaurants nearby for dining.

Bathroom in the Queen Suite was pretty tiny, especially when trying to bathe and dry young children. Blanket for sofa bed was too small and not warm.

Location was good. Lots of restaurants, gas and shopping immediately available. Room was clean and had lots of storage. Breakfast was good for the family. The pool was very well maintained, the kids loved it. The staff were VERY pleasant and very accommodating.

The beds were not very comfortable.

We will definitely be returning! Everything was clean, the rooms were big with lots of storage, good breakfast variety, and clean swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay.
